Questions for Thorpe Park goers?
I haven't been this year so im going on previous experiences. The Fastracks depend on queue times You don't wanna end up buying a fastrack for a ride that has a smaller queue on the day. And also its what rides you like. Probably the stealth samurai and rush will have longer queues then the other fastrack. there are some water fountains around under the dome and near toilet facilities. Last year there was unlimited refills in all thorpe park shops. All the rides will have somewhere to put your bag. Normally a little box to the side of the rides. Stealth, X no way out and SAW all have a booth before you get onto the ride to put your stuff and a staff member will give you a braclet to get t back. All other rides you just leave on a shelf or a wooden box provided. Hope i helped a little. Matt.
Why cant i get a refund for thorpe park tickets?
i booked a £9.50 sun holiday to thorpe park holiday centre in humberside then went onto the thorpe park website and book tickets to the theme park without realising it wasn't in the same location as the holiday centre,so i rang thorpe park to cancel my tickets that i booked 4 months in advance (for may 2010) and they say i can not have a refund surely this is not allowed and i cant even sell the tickets on to get my money back as they are to be picked up on the day, who do i go to for help on this matter i know its my fault as i should have checked locations first but surely they cant refuse a refund with no reasons as to why.
Thorpe Park online tickets help please!?
Im booking 2 adult tickets online and there are 3 different options, this is what the website says: Print your tickets at home to speed up your entry into THORPE PARK! This option requires and inkjet or laserjet printer to be attached to the PC you will be receiving your confirmation email on. Your Print at Home tickets should arrive within 2 hours of placing your booking, and can only be booked up until midnight of the day before your visit. Collection at Thorpe Park & Handling To save time on entry, please use the ticket vending machines situated in the light blue building to the left hand side of the main queue line. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets from the Advanced Ticket Collection Office on the day of your visit. What do they actually mean? I know that the first one is where I have to print them (but i aint got no ink :@) and the second and third is too confusing! Please help im meant to be going on saturday! Are there nice things to do in Thorpe Park for someone who doesn't like adventurous, risky games?
I’d recommend Amity beach. It’s a lovely little, very shallow, ‘swimming’ pool. There are a few slides that lead into the pool that are fun. On top of that, depending on how much is too much, there (in order, getting more extreme as the list goes on). Also, to note, these are my opinions, and I don’t find spinning rides that scary but you might find them so I’d watch the videos and decide that way rather than just stop when you think one’s too extreme.Mr Monkey’s Banana boat ride - a simple swing ride that doesn’t go that high, about half a story not even I think.Rumba Rapids - one of those rapid rides that gets you anywhere between not wet to very wet. Nothing over meh but really fun and very tame.Flying Fish - A kid’s coaster that is short and slow but fun and easy to go on if you don’t like big scary stuff.Depth Charge - a large slide that you go down in a ring and don’t get wet.Storm Surge - a step up from depth charge but still rather tame. It’s a rubber ring ride that you can either get soaked or stay completely dry. It depends whether the effects are on and if anyone’s at the guns.Quantum - A magic carpet ride that goes in a circle and isn’t that high but really fun. Though, you do get that feeling in your stomach on this ride.X - the step up from flying fish, while being no where near any of the other rides. It uses strobe effects and loud music. Aimed for young kids who want a kick. Not too scary and is still a kid’s ride. I think it’s similar to space mountain. I chose a lights on video so you can experience what the ride’s layout is.Zodiac - A large, spinny thing.Rush - A large swing.Tidal Wave - a large wave.Vortex - a spinning ride that goes kinda high.
Pre-ordered Thorpe Park Tickets - ID and Credit Card Problem - Help!?
Basically, me and 5 friends are going to Thorpe Park tommorow. One of the guys has paid for himself + 3 other people for a birthday. But 2 people have brought tickets themselves. These tickets were brought online and we all have them printed out and ready. We also have printed out the email which we got with order ID, reference etc. But on the bottom of the ticket, is says "PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE COLLECTING YOUR TICKETS ON THE DAY OF YOUR VISIT YOU MUST BRING ALONG YOUR CREDIT CARD" as proof. But we are all 15/16 and these tickets were brought on behalf of us by our parents. But, on top of the ticket, under the barcode, it says "THIS IS YOUR TICKET REQUIRED FOR ENTRY" Are we going to need our parents ID and credit card to get in? How it works is we go somewhere else to get our tickets scanned by an attendent, and then you go in. I'm guessing if we are all 16 and they do ask about ID, we simply thought the text on the top of the ticket saying this is your ticket, and 6 people doing it, it would look like an innocent mistake, and if the tickets are valid and we got email proof of purchase, they will be ok? Or we can phone our parents and get them to tell them our credit card number? (Not on the email) Has anyone else tried this? Had this experience?
Thorpe Park Group Ticket Help pleaseeeeee?
If you book online you can secure a group discount depending upon the number of people in your party and the age of everyone in your party - so a group of 7-9 adult can purchase a ticket for £23 per person etc. If you just turn up on the day, you will not receive a group discount although there are 2 for 1 vouchers you can make use of.

Does anyone know a contact number for thorpe park? Please may it be a number where i speak to a real person as i have a few numbers but it is all automated services?
Do you have to pay for individual rides at Thorpe park?
Nooo! Unless it's fast track I think you have to pay for individual rides or you can get a deal I think £10 for some rides (I'm not really sure) but no you don't pay for individual rides in thorpe park. Your ticket means your allowed on each ride as much as you want for free!
