Thoughts On Kobe Mj And Lebron

Thoughts on Jerry West Statement "LeBron has surpassed Kobe"?

stop the 3 rings stuff,

Did Lebron come into a playoff team already like Kobe did with the Lakers and they been in the playoffs for awhile, No the Cavs was a lottery team and had not been in the playoffs for awhilewhere as Kobe came into the Lakers from a trade for Vlade because Lakers pick up Shaq and did not need Vlade anymore'

Second did Lebron have the most dominate big man in the game when he got to Cleveland, No LeBron did not have a dominate big man or a veteran player that been in the playoffs or finals, Kobe had shaq who was in the playoffs already and also been in the Finals,

And lastly when Kobe gots those rings he was basically the side kick where as Lebron is the main guy when he got there and pretty much was the only guy up until this year when they got Mo Williams and Mo is not the main guy like Shaq was to Kobe back then.

So all this that LeBron is not as great because he has no rings is not a good measuring point because Kobe came into a much better situation that LeBron,

Saying all that I do believe Kobe is still the most feared man in the league but Lebron can score when needed, he leads the playoffs in scoring so it is not like he cannot score, He passes the ball is what impresses me becuase I have not seen anyone his size except for Magic Johnson passes the ball as good or better than him, and he is much better passer and rebounder than Kobe,

If you look at his total package and you look at his age then he is scary what he can do and If at his young age if he can get the championships and the MVPs then he has perhaps the ability to be considered one of the best if not the best that ever played.

He has less to work with than Kobe, Mj did not win championships until he was 29, So If LeBron can like I say get some championhips now and some MVPs now and also get some when he is older then the sky is the limit for him and mostly because of his age.

This is not a knock on Kobe because he will go down as one of the greats of the game but I doubt if he will be considered the greatest but Lebron at his age gives him that edge because of more opportunity.

In My opinion no one will have the will of MJ to win and this what might separate Michael Jordan from the rest

Michael Jordan, Lebron James, or Kobe Bryant?

Are you asking at their prime or over their careers?

Over their careers, nobody beats Michael Jordan. He's the greatest ever. Kobe and LeBron are still playing but LeBron seems to have achieved so much already, and he's not yet 29. They each have 2 Finals MVP but Kobe has 5 rings compared to LeBron's 2, but LeBron has 4 regular season MVP, compared to Kobe's 1 MVP. So career-wise, it's MJ, then Kobe but closely followed (though soon to be over taken) by LeBron.

At their prime, it's a debate between MJ and LBJ, and I think what we've seen LeBron do over the last 2 years is just as good as what MJ was able to do at his prime. It's actually believed tha LBJ is just entering his prime, and this can only make me sit and enjoy his career. If he's indeed just entering his prime, then a prime LBJ might just as well be better than a prime MJ. A prime Kobe comes nowhere near these two.

Do you really think Kobe is any more loyal than LeBron?

Kobe handpicked which team he would end up on when his agent orchestrated his trade to the Lakers after he was drafted by the small market Chartlotte Hornets. The Lakers were the only team he wanted to play for, of course he wanted to stay in LA. It is one of the biggest NBA markets and has a tradition of winning. Why would he want to leave?

Oh wait. Even though he chose to play in LA and had won multiple championships, he still demanded a trade when the Lakers began to struggle. The only reason he remained a Laker was because the Lakers refused to accommodate his demands.

LeBron was drafted by a small market team and spent 7 years there. He didn't try to deter teams from drafting him. He didn't demand a trade. All he did was leave as a free agent when his contract expired.

I didn't like the way he went about leaving, but I don't like how people are questioning his legacy just becuse he chose to leave. Free agents don't want to go to Cleveland. If he was in LA or NY, he could have attracted a top line player, but Cleveland is a tougher sell.

Kareem and Wilt changed teams after winning championships. Kareem bailed on the Bucks and things worked out pretty well for him.

Jordan Magic and Bird vs. Kobe LeBron and Durant?

I say Jordan's team.

If this ever happened, I think Jordan, Magic, and Bird would destroy Kobe's team. Michael Jordan would go out to prove to the world that he is the greatest and will make a statement. Remember, Jordan and Bird are the two best and nortorious trash talkers the NBA has ever seen. I can see Jordan getting into Lebron's head making fun of his mother lol. Jordan would destroy Lebron mentally and get in his head till he no longer has the will to play. Bird would not only outperform Durant, but he will also get into his head and say "No way is this 'Durant' getting passed me. Kobe Bryant is the only mentally tough guy on the young team.

I give the edge to the dream team. Not even close. Jordan always went out to prove he was better than everybody else and had the drive and competiveness like no other, he was obsessed with winning, And would definately make a statement that he is the better man. Back then basketball was awesome, now Durant and Lebron are puzys and inept to trash talking.

Who's closer to Michael Jordan skill wise? LeBron or Kobe?

lebron's closer. kobe had shaq who was the most dominent player in the nba at that time. lebron put the sucky cavs on his back and took them 2 the finals. kobe could never do that in his life!

Who is the true goat, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, or John Wall?

Ahh, clever clever. Most people are going to take this question and answer who is the best basketball player of all-time (aka the G. O. A. T.)But they are obviously answering the wrong question since you are asking who is the true goat, which could mean one of two things:Which player from this list is the biggest “goat” (slang for the person who is most to blame for a failure)Which player most resembles a goatThe answer to both of those is clearly John Wall.A) The other three have won NBA championships, while John Wall hasn’t. Since John Wall is the franchise player on the Wizards, he’s the obvious “goat” for their failure to win.2) Of the four players, John Wall is clearly the one who most resembles a goat, especially since he’s often sporting a goat-ee. Wall is also the littlest of the four players and goats are little. The answer is John Wall. QED.
