Can I wear dress shoes for bowling?
I think they make you wear the loaner bowling shoes. At least most of them. Ask them. I'm not sure if dress shoes are comfortable to wear in a bowling alley. But it's your choice.

What are your thoughts on adult twins who have the same education and job for the same company? They also dress alike and sit next to each other, take lunches together, etc.
Thanks for the A2A Holly!Its none of yours or my business how they choose to live their lives, what clothes they wear, what they eat or where they sit for lunch.I have non-identical twins & I used to make a point of dressing them differently when they were babies. Fast forward to when they started to help choose clothing, they chose exactly the same items no matter how much I encouraged them to pick differently.Twins have something between them that we cannot fathom as we aren’t twins ourselves. If that’s the way those twins or any others choose to be then that’s up to them & it’s not any of our business.I no longer make such a big deal about my twins dressing differently because no matter if they were identical or dressed identically they would still be individuals to me.I think it’s their decision how they live their lives & it’s not upto outsiders to interfere. They are not hurting anyone, they have chosen not to live as others might expect them to & good them for choosing to live exactly as they want.(Image courtesy of my camera roll).
Which is better for a first date: bowling or dinner and a movie?
These are very poor dates in my opinion. Mainly because they are kinda played out. Every girl that has dated a bit has done these dates.Anyway all three are valid choices. It all depends on time available, familiarity, and money.Bowling in my opinion is a hangout date. If I'm asking you go bowling I wanna spend time with you. Normally this is a date I start early and don't plan much. Go bowling. Get something to eat after. Maybe walk around the mall after. Nice easy. All these places are in the same block. This date is kinda cheap. Blind dates or friends that are turning into a relationship.Dinner is 100% a formal date and requires a lot of planning. Personally I spend a bit of money with these dates. Dinner is good if you don't know a person well. This date has a clear end time after a hour or so. Great if it's not going well. It’s easy to continue with a walk too. Blind dates.Movie really isn't a date in my opinion. When you go to the movies you sit quietly and watch a movie. That's not a first date unless your friends that are developing into something and need a dark place to pop a feel in.Me personally I'd go to a walking park and get to know the person in a place with little else going on, but of the three choices I'd go bowling. Causal is good a lot of times and bowling is that.

How to go bowling after prom in my dress?
My boyfriend and his friends want to go bowling after prom, only thing is I have no clue how that will work out for me because I have a long dress and I dont wanna look like an idiot out there. I'm a sophomore and my boyfriends a junior so I dont really wanna be the one to tell them no... So any tips on how you can bowl in a long prom dress?
Why do UK police wear different hats?
In the UK there are 3 types of general head wear for officers. For male officers it’s either the famous tall helmet (called a Custodian Helmet) or a peaked cap, for female officers it’s the bowler hat (similar to peaked cap but more rounded that flares around the edges). All helmets, caps and hats are black with some white/silver marks and braiding, apart from traffic officers who wear white cap and hats.Male officers on foot patrol wear the tall helmet, when they are on patrol in a vehicle they wear the peaked cap. Female officers wear the bowler hat whether on foot or in a vehicle.As the UK has nearly 50 police forces it’s down to each force how their uniform looks, including things like crests, shoulder/badge numbers and anything else. Although all uniforms across the nation are very similar, all being black with a few small distinguishing features.Other more rare head wear is the black/blue NATO baseball cap which is used as a more easier “tactical” bit of head wear at things like peaceful protests and crown control events, the navy blue rounded baseball cap which is worn by plain clothed armed police officers when they need to distinguish themselves from the crowd after/during a shooting/gun draw (it’s mainly only used in London by the Met), the navy blue riot helmet used for mass public order incidents (riots) and black/blue/grey tactical helmets used mainly by uniformed firearms officers at incidents.Head wear can also distinguish rank and type of duty. For example for type of duty all local neighborhood and general duty officers wear black head wear, where as traffic officers enforcing traffic laws and patrolling motorways wear white head wear. As for rank only Constables and Sergeants can wear a helmet, all officers of the next rank (Inspector) and above wear a peaked cap or bowler hat if female.
