Thousands Of Companies Have Been Handing Over Your Personal

Why TCS is firing 30 thousands employees?

There are many reasons and the most prominent one is a flat pyramid.TCS had witnessed the most number of intake during 2009–2012. But as they could not expand their business as expected in next 4 years the senior-junior ratio has been impacted now. So TCS employee pyramid is somewhat looking flat.which means in a team of 10 if there is 5 junior team member , there are 5 senior member fighting for manager/lead position(means only first 5 will work and the other 5 will just supervise). So the ratio is 1:1(in some case its even negative), which should have been 5:1. So to make this correct tcs has to bring atleast 3 out of those 5 senior members to team member level or get rid of them. Thats why they are asking experienced employees to learn modern technology or get out of tcs to maintain a healthy senior-junior ratio. Most of the 10+ years experienced employees sees tcs as a safe heaven, With backdated skills which they learned 7–8 years ago( or only with mail writing or excel knowledge). Most of them dont even understand the recent technologies used in their project yet become manager and draw highest salary. This is what impacting tcs and tcs wants to get rid of it. Learn and perform continuously or get fired.

I have a bubble tea store near two large companies with thousands of employees. We provide delivery services. How can we let the employees there know about us, or build a relationship with the company, like providing discounts for the employees?

So, you know your target market. You know your USP ( unique selling proposition). The issue is, how do you reach the target market? Some suggestions:Contact HR and see if you can provide free samples in the break room for a day.Find out if the company has a community relations director. Contact them and ask if you can sponsor a special employee discount card.If the parking lot is freely accessible, see if you can do a flyer hand out with discount coupon… don’t, repeat don’t put them under the windshield wipers. Fold and put in the door jamb. After hours, go through the parking lot and remove all those which were discarded….Consider setting up a free sample table near the entrance, if at a public place ( careful, this may require a permit) Maybe you can have someone handing out discount coupons or free trial coupons at the door ( again, be very careful to not trespass on company property) Leave if you are asked.Find out if there is a company email newsletter that you can advertise in, or sponsor.Have a person stand out a-la the Liberty Tax person — anything to gain attention… with a big sign saying “ ABC company gets a free (offer)”Advertise on the local TV station or radio station, targeting the employees of the company.

What is the statute of limitations for personal loans in Ohio?

I made a loan of a couple thousand dollars to a boyfriend in Oct 2008. We did not sign a promissory note because we had been in a relationship for 6 years, we lived together, and I trusted him. This money was to pay off his credit card. The day I handed over the money, he said in return, he would make payments on my credit card monthly until he paid me back in full. He has NEVER given me a dime. I've reminded him multiple times over the past year that he owes me and he confirms but gets angry (I guess he thinks he's entitled to it).

That $2000 was a loan that I took out for my college living expenses, but he convinced me to give it to him since he has a really high interest rate and I don't. I will have to be paying this when I'm 30 and done with him.

Nonetheless, we move out of our apartment a month ago and now I'm afraid that i REALLY won't see a dime.

I'm thinking about having a consultation with a lawyer to see if I have a case (since it was a year ago with no written repayment plan). My only proof is from my bank account that only shows the check #, the date it was cleared, the amount, and the payee (his credit card provider).

Do you guys think I have a chance at getting my money back?

Does Facebook have to share your personal info (eg. email) with the police upon request?

Yes, of course. Facebook, like every other internet company, is required by law to do so. Facebook receives thousands of government requests each month. They review each request for legal sufficiency, and sometimes rejects requests, or ask for a more specific data set so they don't have to share more information than needed. For example, if the police are investigating a crime between two people, Facebook might request that the police only need the private message logs rather than photos, check-ins, private posts, etc.. (Disclaimer: not sure if this exactly how Facebook's process works, but other companies have said that they do something similar.)This is a common practice by major internet companies like Google, Tumblr, Pinterest, etc.Facebook is also very transparent about how many requests they receive, the types, and how many they hand over user data. You can read their reports and how their process works here: govtrequests.facebook.com

My former employer is holding my tools for money . Is this legal?

Take him to small-claims court. The limit for small- claims is $5000-10000, depending on the state you live in. You file a claim for the maximum amount, if he files a counterclaim, he would have to have a good reason to raise it above the original $1000 he was asking for. He would also have to prove that you caused him $1000 worth of harm. He can't adjust his amount just because you take him to court.
The amount you win from the court will most likely be more than $1000, so it would make the most sense for him to just settle, and give your tools back.
I think what he is doing is illegal. Unless there is a lot you aren't telling us, you should be able to prevail in court.
Read up on small-claims court in your area. Good luck
