Tingling Muscle Spasms Headaches Tinnitus. Help

Tingling, pressure in brain and muscle spasms?

I would rather answer here, then there little chance of a address going astray.. In the first place you stated your left arm goes numb at times, along with this I would say that you probably have a problem with your cervical spine rather then your brain. Your brain has no feelings. There are other symptoms you would go by due to this. The migraines and your arm may be the answer that you may have a pinched disc, a rubbing disc, a bulging disc or herniated disc that is the trouble.

I would suggest you see your doctor if it bothers you this much and get some MRI's or X-Rays taken and see what's going on in there. You state "years" but give no age so I assume your an adult. It may or may not be something to worry about. Most of your living functions come from your cervical spine, your breathing, your heart control etc. You should at least see about it.
Those migraines can be controlled with Topamax for seizures, they work on migraine's also.

Bluriness in left eye, headache, muscle spasms in head, neck pain.?

These are grave symptoms. You must take him to a Major University Hospital ASAP. Try to alert the FOREMOST board-certified Neurologist there first. Beg, Insist, Cajole, do whatever is necessary to get their help. Stop taking him to imbeciles and money-grabbers, there is no longer time for fooling around. Get to work on this RIGHT AWAY!!! A very experienced Pediatrician and Internal Medicine Specialist should also review his case. A university hospital is best because they have medical professors (doctors) there who are likely to have a broadness of competence you cannot find elsewhere. You must give a COMPLETE, EXHAUSTIVE history of this child, places he has visited, previous medical problems, travel, injuries, school and living settings, many other things. What chemicals are around your house? Has he used drugs? When did troubles first begin? Do siblings know about his life and actions during inception of illness? This info is ABSOLUTELY crucial, you must cooperate, and if they are NOT asking these things THEY are also incompetent!!!!

Muscle tingling, spasms....in legs, back, arms and neck?

Your symptoms are typical of someone who is having spiritual encounters. In other words, you likely have a ghost.

When people are involved with spirits, they often complain of strange neurological-type symptoms; such as, Tourette's syndrome, migraine headaches, restless leg syndrome, and others.

The spirit is trying to get your attention. When you next experience your symptoms, hold an open and relaxed hand in front of you. If you feel a tingling sensation with your hand, you will have confirmation of a spiritual cause. next, you may talk to it in your mind. You will hear its responses in your mind as well - as if they were your thoughts. Be nice to it, and it will be nice to you.

Pinched nerve or muscle spasm?

It does sound like a pinched nerve. Your spine could have a slight bulging disk which will cause the nerve around that area to be pinched. The nerve can only feel 10% of pain, so you might feel a little, but also having much more damage than noticeable.

Get a pillow massager, lay on that for 15 minutes to loosen up all the tendons/ligaments/muscles.

Take hot baths at night before bed. Again, to relax the muscles.

Ice it for 15 minutes, whenever your getting sharp pains. Or get some IcyHot patches. And place it where it hurts. I find the patches are more effective than just ice.

Do some shoulder shrugs when you wake up to get your shoulder blades moving, before doing any kind of activity.

Also get a butterfly pillow for sleeping at night, this keeps your body/neck in alignment; from getting kinks, knots, anything like that.

You should feel better in about 2-3 days. If not then go check out a different doctor. (;

Hope that helps!

Arm numbness, headaches, muscle spasms - a pinched nerve?

I pinched a nerve in my neck on October 31st this year. It is now December 15th, and I'm pretty sure my neck is still irritated. I slept on a hard floor on November 21st, which I'm pretty sure irritated the pinched nerve. Then a couple of weeks later, I slept weird again at a friend's house, so that could've irritated it more.

However, last night I could not sleep because my left arm felt like it was going numb. It was tingly and heavy. However, it never went completely numb. It also started just slightly in my right arm a few hours later.

I also kept getting these little muscle spasms or twitches all over my body- legs, arms, lower back above my hips, etc.

Plus I get daily headaches. Some are worse than others, and some last longer than others, but otherwise they happen daily.

All of these things have been happening since I slept on the hard floor on Nov. 21st. Except the arm numbness.

Could this be a pinched nerve in my neck? What can I do about it?

Can a headache cause serious spasms of the arms and head?

Actually, it might be the other way around. The spasms in your head, neck, shoulders, and arms may be causing the headaches.

There are two types of headaches; migraines and tension headaches.

Migraine headaches are neurological, that is, brain and head related.

The tension headache, which is much more common, is caused by tension in muscle and nerve groups. If you have tension or other problems caused by spasms, then they could precipitate such a headache.

You should definitely consult a doctor. The spasms could be a sign of a larger problem.
