Tips on how to drink more water?

I know I need to drink a lot of water each day. Problem is I don't. I am trying to lose weight and get healthy but I can't do that unless I have a good amount of water in me each day? Right? The thing is I just can't do it. I try and try but water is just so bleh. I would rather not add lemon in it. Can you give me tips on how I can get myself to drink more water, besides motivations and all that crap.

Why we can drink more beer than water?

In a short run, I agree that an adult can drink 10litres of beer per day, but it is no good and not healthy.In a long run, you died faster.

Our body system cannot accommodate too much alcohol, your body system can go haywire.

One day 10 litres is ok and cannot for 2 days, you need rest.

Take the total ounces of the diuretic drinks and multiply by 1.5 and add that total to the original total to come up with the proper amount of water you need to drink each day.

The most important factor here besides the amount of water is to make sure you are getting lots of good electrolytes. Gatorade is one of the worst products on the market and damages people greatly, but it promotes a good thing and that is we need those electrolytes and good air dried sea salt provides that.
