Is it true that hunters can't shoot female deer?
It depends on where you’re hunting. In some jurisdictions does cannot be legally shot at all. In others they are legal game only if the hunter has a special “doe permit.” In still others shooting does is not only permitted but encouraged. In fact, for a few years in parts of my state (Arkansas) a hunter could only legally shoot a buck after he had first killed a given number of does.In much of North America deer are severely overpopulated and hunting is the only economically effective means of keeping the population in check. But to thin out a deer herd, does must be shot. One buck can easily impregnate several does in a breading season. So if hunters shoot only bucks, the result is that the surviving bucks get to mate more and the spring birth rate remains the same.Even in areas where does can legally be shot, some hunters refuse to do so on the rationale that it’s somehow “unchivalrous” or “unsportsmanlike” to shoot a doe. Personally I think this type of thinking is outdated and antithetical to sound game management. For my part, I have killed many big bucks and am no longer interested in hanging large racks in my living room. Does taste better than bucks and it makes more sense to shoot them. So when it’s legal, I do.
Shooting a gun for the first time!?
It's not hard at all. Learn the proper safety precautions and follow them to the T always. If you can operate a car, nintendo, or a washing machine then you are capable of operating much more complicated tools than a gun. Congratulations on taking the first step to getting yourself educated about firearms. Going to the range is a great date idea. You will want to wear earplugs or earmuffs and safety glasses. Also, the 4 rules of firearm safety are as follows: 1. All guns are always loaded (until you establish whether they are or not). 2. Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy. Keep your gun pointed in a safe direction at all times: on the range, at home, loading, or unloading. 3. Keep your finger off the trigger and out of the trigger guard until your sights are on the target (and you are ready to shoot). 4. Be sure of your target. Know what it is, what is in line with it and what is behind it. Never shoot at anything that you haven't positively identified.
Worried about shooting a shotgun for the first time?
Oh man, I remember the first time I got to shoot a shotgun. All I knew was based off movies and was scared to death I was going to break my shoulder or something else. So when it came time to pull the trigger I said a little prayer and snugged good in tight in my shoulder. Then I leaned into it just a little. When I pulled the trigger the barrel raised a hair and it just barely pushed back on my shoulder. I asked my self, is that it?
Female Blue heeler/ Australian cattle dog have her first cycle?
I'm wondering when my dog will have her first cycle. Not to breed her or anything just to know. She is about 10 weeks old, and she has roundworms. (being treated) I understand that every dog and every breed is different, some dogs don't have their first cycle until they are two years old so have it when there six months old. Your best educated estimate would be greatly appreciated. Also any tips on what to do and not what to do? Thank you!

first of all jaipur is not that big city yet a beautifull city and if u are visiting for the first time here are some advice for u.dont take auto instead book a cab through ola or uber coz autawalas here charge a huge amount knowing that u are an outsiderif you are on tight budget i will suggest u to take your gf for a coffee at GVD at malviya nagar behind wtp or coffee at statue circle.if u want to explore some malls u can go to WTP, TRITON, MGF and if u want to visit some historical site than nahargarh, jaighar and amer are some places to explore with your gf.and plzz carry your school or cllg id that help u in getting a cheaper ticket at monuments and also carry adhar card with u coz for booking a hotel u will require a id.and i u want to spend some quality time with your gf u can take her to jaldhara or smriti van.thats all i can say brotherso, good luck.
Any ideas of how to disrupt/annoy anti-hunters?
I am no protester. I am an Activist. I do what i do and I wont stop. IF YOU ARE AN ANTI-HUNTER, LEAVE THIS QUESTION. I'm planning this Fall, to get some flourescent clothes, getting a Madonna cassette, and well... stalk anti-hunters, and blare "Hung up" as they are about to kiss their boyfriends. Of course I need the bright clothing so I'll fit in. I believe it is wrong for anti-hunters to prevent me from harvesting game legally for sustenance. Its like me killing time just because I can (And it's not illegal)... Anyway, that is my idea, any other ideas on how to disrupt them? Any ideas on how to disrupt them/ annoy them so they cant get their rocks off on the deer or moose or whatever? Thanks.
