Tired All The Time No Energy

How can I get more energy, tired all the time!!!?

Believe it or not, another thing that you can do(if you are not doing this already) is work-out on a regular basis! Working out gives you a surge of energy that lasts the rest of the day! Also, a good diet is key! I've had the same problem about feeling tired all the time, and it was suggested to me to eat smaller meals through-out the day and eat them more frequently(5-6 times a day)...it really helps the blood sugar levels stay normal!

I have no energy and I am always tired.?

If you’re feeling tired all the time, your lack of energy might very well due to the following:

1) Disrupted sleep is a common cause of daytime fatigue.
When it comes to a lack of energy, sometimes, all it takes is you getting some sleep. After you get all the sleep you need and you still feel sleepy, then chances are, you are dealing with a problem

2) Worry, anxiety and depression keep women of all ages on high alert, tossing and turning throughout the night
3) . Hot flashes and night sweats — caused by hormonal imbalance and resulting in disrupted sleep .
4) Adrenal insufficiency due to stress, poor diet choices, or 5) The effects of perimenopause on thyroid function and melatonin synthesis also lead directly to fatigue.
6) And believe it or not, just sitting around — yes, lack of physical activity — can sap your body of its vigor. You have to use energy to have energy
7) Poor diet and nutrition are often behind hormonal imbalance and the resulting lack of energy. This is especially true of women who are yo-yo dieters or follow low-fat, high-carb eating plans.
8) Overweight-These women often suffer from insulin resistance, which disrupts their bodies’ glucose/energy metabolism. They get a burst of energy from high carb foods, but quickly wilt, and need to start the whole cycle again.
9) Anemia
10) Parasites, candida and fungal infections, poor health of one or more organs Undetected low-grade infections such as EPV that causes Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
11) STRESS
12) Drinking and smoking and eating fast food; alcohol, caffeine, refined sugar, and cooked fat.
13) Several non-optimum conditions. One of theme was constipation, which has been a problem for at least 24 years. I also had allergies in full bloom constantly as well as adult acne.
14) detoxifying mercury from the old filling of a decayed tooth.

Why do I feel so tired all the time an have no energy?

Maybe you don't sleep well or you sleep too much. If you don't sleep well, try listening to sounds that relax you such as those of a fan. According to research, to get a better sleep, you need to listen to pink noise. Pink noise is noise that is low and monotonous like the sound of a fan.

My boyfriend is too busy and tired all the time, so he has no energy for me. What should I do?

My boyfriend works 9 hours a day and 7 days a week. He is super tired and stressed all the time. Even though we do try to find time to see each other at night and during weekend, he is too tired... I feel like he is more like a friend than a boyfriend. We do even kiss each other any more. Just little pecks here and there once in a while. I know he trys to come see me when he can. But things just don't feel the same (we have been together for almost four years). I don't know what to do... I know that if I try to talk to him, it would just stress him out even more and he gets really moody and tells me to stop bugging him.... I don't want to be a selfish girlfriend who only thinks of her own needs because i do understand that he is really tired ALL the time. But I'm not happy at all with the relationship because things changed so much... and it just doesn't feel the same anymore. I still have feelings for him. But I'm not sure if things are the same for him as it used to be. What should I do?

Why am I always so tired, I have no energy?

I literally just went through the SAME exact thing. Except, mine got to the point where I couldn't move out of bed. My body kept going into spasms, and everything hurt me. Turns out I have Fybromyalgia. It's a disease caused from a lot of stress and depression. I really think that you could have a form of depression. Depression could be caused very easily from too much stress (whether it's due to relationships, school, homework, drama, death, parent troubles, etc.) Antidepressants works for me. Give it a shot. What do you have to lose? Just don't let it get too far. Go out and do exersize and look up how to self-meditate. It worked wonders for me, and it really keeps you'r mind off of things.
Good luck!

I feel sad and tired all the time?

Yes this sounds like clinical depression - check the link below and read under "Signs and Symptoms." You should see an MD first to check to see if it's anything physical and get his/her opinion. You can get a referral to a therapist and possibly a psychiatrist. Therapy first is probably best before heading for meds. First you need a diagnosis - it may not be serious depression. If it is depression a diagnosis should lead to treatment - therapy, and possibly medications as well. You will also need support from family and friends in addition to the professional help. It may be nothing, it may be serious. Get professional help to determine what, and what to do about it. Good luck.

Do many of you with BPD feel tired all the time?

Doing the right thing will result in work that causes stress and tiredness.A big part of BPD is searching for identity… this is exhausting! It’s one of the characteristics of BPD to not have a strong self concept so guess what? Most BPD folks search for themselves anywhere from their cultural identity to their sexual and gender identity. It’s all much more fluid with BPD folks and because of it, that’s exhausting; unfortunately it’s constant!Another part of BPD is believing in oneself enough to take care of oneself properly, which means that BPD diagnosed folks are exhausted from lack of self care such as not enough sleep, healthy eating, recovering from use of drugs or alcohol, binge eating, etc.BPD symptoms include reckless behaviour which most times results in not very healthy decisions… the after math is dealing with cleanup of reckless behaviour. This too is tiring!Next comes suicide ideation… most people know that wanting to end things isn’t good, as it affects a lot of other people. The beauty of life also ends. The guilt of having suicidal thoughts is exhausting, as is, not going through with the act… keeping oneself in check is at this point tiring. And without the recognition of it being symptoms of BPD… of course it’s why BPD sufferers need long naps, low stress and routine.
