Title for my Crime story?? HELP NEEDED?

My story is about a detective Olivia who's brother Matthew's wife is murdered and their daughter is critically injured.
They go through all the usual suspects, relatives, neighbours...
It turns out that the murdered is Olivia's chinese delievery girl Laura. Laura's real name is Ivy. Ivy's husband was arrested for killing his first wife and he died in prison. Ivy blamed Olivia and wanted Olivia to suffer as she had, by hurting her family. Ivy changed her face and identity and wiggled her way into Olivia's life to get close to her.
Ivy murdered her brother's wife but she couldn't kill the daughter because she can't bring herself to kill children.

I really need a title and if anyone has any other possible ideas or they see flaws in the summary please, ANY advice is greatly appreciated. :) :)

TITLE HELP! What should my story be called?

Why you shouldn't read Twilight and do acid

What should be the title of my short story?

What, or who is your story about?Every book in the Harry Potter series is 'Harry Potter and...' Personally I think that Rowling's titles are too long, but she's sold a lot of books!I wrote a story about a Grandmother who was a monster in disguise. She ate her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren at the end of the story. I called it 'Grandma' Short, and to the point.Dashiel Hammett was great at story titles. Who can forget:The Thin ManRed HarvestTom, Dick, or HarryThe Gutting of CouffignalDashiell HammettHow about Keith Laumer's Jame Retief short stories?Dam NuisanceTruce or ConsequencesBallot and BanditsPime Doesn't CrayTrick or TreatyJame RetiefHow about Robert A. Heinlein:Magic Inc.The Moon is a Harsh MistressThe Puppet MastersThe Roads Must RollRobert A. Heinlein bibliographyFritz Leiber? The Big TimeBazaar of the BizarreA Spectre Is Haunting TexasFritz Leiber bibliographyRobert E. Howard?Red NailsRogues in the HouseThe Hills of the DeadRobert E. Howard bibliographyIn my opinion, the best titles are short, and to the point. Too many words can ruin a title. The shorter, the better. But your title should make sense to someone who reads the story. If they don't 'get' the title after reading your story, the title is a failure. Also you want to get the reader's interest. With a short story your title is the first hook, then the first 2-3 paragraphs are your next hook. If the title doesn't get the reader, than the story doesn't matter. You have to hook them.But...Sometimes long works. Samuel R. Delany wrote a story titled, 'We, in Some Strange Power’s Employ, Move on a Rigorous Line' and because it was written by him, I read it. It's a good story. So is 'Time Considered as a Helix of Semi-Precious Stones'.Roger Zelazny wrote 'A Night in the Lonesome October' and it was a Nebula Award nominee. But both Delaney and Zelazny were well know writers. They could get away with odd titles. Can you?

Are there any tools to help me find a title for my stories?

What types of titles do you like best?  Are there titles from other works you admire?  I'd think about this and try to figure out what other authors are doing, and then try to duplicate it.  To me, the best titles are either poetic or meaningful, or a bit of both.  Things like "To Kill A Mockingbird," "All the Pretty Horses," "The Unbearable Lightness of Being," "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil," just sound nice and strike a particular mood.  If you can pull a nice line from your story, something that sounds nice and is evocative, perhaps try that.Other strong titles are meaningful words that standout and hook you, like "Atonement," or "Roots".Strong name titles can also work, especially if you have a striking main character or place name.  Think "Lolita," "The Great Gatsby" or "The Hobbit." Sound, image, and meaning are what you're striving for.  I'd say you try to mix either sound or image with meaning at least, but what you want most of all is something catchy and memorable.  I don't know of any great resources for this, and I'd really just recommend thinking on titles you like.  (I, for example, am a sucker for the slightly poetic.  I love "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," "The Sun Also Rises," "Her Fearful Symmetry," stuff like that...) But here's a link I found after a casual perusing.  It might help: Choosing the Right Name for Your Story

What's a good title for my story?

I'm writing a story about a young girl from Canada who at 15 y/o is brainwashed by a jihadist in Syria and then leaves her life to marry and join him in Syria (he is 27), and they ultimately join ISIS but then become disillusioned with ISIS and he smuggles her and their children to a refugee camp (he is then caught by ISIS and executed). She lives in a refugee camp and tries to get back to the West.
Character: Zahra. From Toronto. Age 15-20 through story. Daughter of Bosnian immigrants. She is seen as sort of a radical Islamic "Madonna" (as in Raphael's Madonna).

Story Title Help! Yaoi/BoyxBoy?

It's entertaining, for us fan girls!! XD hmm, well let's see how I could explain it, well I'm a HUGE fangirl, as annoying as it sounds lol. But when there's an anime that is kind of but not yaoi some fangirls find it adorable! And I think yaoi is so amazing cause I find it really sweet the way the guys talk to each other and look at each other xD some people like it, some don't but whatever everyone has their own opinion. And yaoi isn't always about sex, it always has a plot to it.. Not cause people are perverts and have no life -.-

What's a good title for my story?

I ditched all the other previous titles I had :/. Shadowgirl, Shadow witch, Sorceress.
Story is about a girl who in the beginning runs away and is depressed, finds out she's a witch, then through her journeys becomes a better person with higher self esteem, at the end confronts her fears.
Title suggestions please?
I like short titles :)

I need a good title? Help?

Is this the whole story or are you planning to add onto the chapter whose link you have provided? If the story finishes there itself, I believe "The deadline" doesn't make much sense. According to me, you can use a title that refers to the final stage of the life the central character is in (something like "The last rains" or similar). If the story isn't yet finished and you alone know the plot, it would be difficult to suggest title. However, I would recommend to keep the title relevant to the central character. Thanks for the A2A. I hope this helps.
