If on the off-chance you're not trolling and actually have done this, I suggest you call an ambulance, paracetamol overdose is neither quick nor painless. Cutting veins won't kill you either, cutting an artery will. I can't stress enough how important it is for you to seek medical attention now, paracetamol overdose usually takes a week before you die, which is definitely not ideal.

I guess I should also say uh, this isn't professional or medical advice, it's just me saying some words.First, a minor side note: the higher dose of mirtazapine you take, the less sedative it is. 15mg or 7.5mg or would be more effective as a sleeping aid than 30mg or 180mg. Not that one should take another person's prescription medicines -- I advise against it.You're right that mirtazapine is exceptionally merciful in overdose. That means that if you snort, smoke, plug, or inject a drug that is intended for oral use you won't know how much you're truly taking, and that puts you at risk of overdosing.To answer your actual question, mixing weed with codeine is fun for some people while others feel that the two counteract each other. People experience a codeine high in two different ways; it either mellows them out or it gives them a rush of energy. If you are the kind of person who gets relaxed and mellowed from codeine you would probably enjoy smoking some weed with it since the two drugs would compliment each other well. If you are the kind of person who gets energized by codeine and enjoy the feeling you might not like mixing it with marijuana since it can feel like it counteracts your codeine buzz. I always felt like smoking weed ruined my high and I always made sure to not even smoke for a few hours before I took an opioid. On the other hand I had friend who was also energized by opioids and she loved smoking weed with the milder ones, I.E., codeine. Too much paracetamol in the body can’t be cleared by the liver fast enough through the usual biochemical process. Instead, an alternative process takes over that results in a toxic end product, which causes severe acute liver failure.The liver is responsible for nitrogen detoxification, producing blood products especially clotting factors, etc.The problem with paracetamol overdose is that the liver damage process takes around 3 days to go to completion - and once activated, it is irrevocable.So, if you took paracetamol in a fit of suicidal rage, which would likely settle after a few hours, the liver damage that you have set yourself on doesn’t stop and will continue to its completion in 3 days.So if you regret your decision, there is absolutely nothing that can be done during those 3 days to save your liver. The doctor will put you on a waiting list for a liver transplant, but the chances of you getting a liver is extremely slim on such short notice.And all the while you are regretting your decision to OD on paracetamol, your mind is very very sober despite the silent and rapidly progressive liver failure that would eventually be fatal in 3 days.Essentially, you will be waiting to die in a sober state of mind. Extremely unpleasant for everyone involved.

A week. Maybe even a few weeks.It doesn't kill you like a movie overdose does, where you peacefully fall asleep. More than likely you'll vomit. You will wake up the next morning, probably thinking you're disappointed you've woken up at all. After a little while you'll just start feeling horrific. You won't feel like eating, and then you'll vomit profusely. It's possible you won't be able to sleep at all.A few hours after that, the horrific abdominal pain begins. The vomiting will continue. At this point, you'll probably start regretting what you've done, but sometimes even with the antidote available, you'll wait too long to get help.Within 3–4 days of taking the pills, your liver will start to fail. The abdominal pain will continue and the hospital may be able to give you narcotics, but with impaired liver function your body may not be able to process it, so there may be limits to how well your pain can be controlled. Your skin will start turning yellow, which also causes you to feel extremely itchy. You'll start struggling to clot, so you may start bleeding from various places in your body. The abdominal pain and vomiting will continue. The damage to your liver will make you delirious, as you develop hepatic encephalopathy, and you'll lose the ability to control your bowels and bladder, and the ICU nurses will put you in diapers. Your kidneys may fail.You may or may not survive that phase. In the mean time, you'll have endured days of horrific pain, lost your mind and your dignity, and even if you do survive, you may suffer the consequences for the rest of your life.Not a choice I would recommend. Get help, dear. Call 911 and go to the nearest hospital.

The lowest lethal dose for adults that I have found is 12mg/Kg, with some putting the dose at around 800mg [1]. This can vary depending on age, liver function and on other drugs that are in a persons’ system. The lethal dose for children is about 1/20th of that of an adults’ lethal dose: 5mg/Kg. For an average adult, a lethal dose can be anywhere between 500mg and 1g of codeine. In cases where the person has died of an acute overdose of codeine, there has been a concentration of 2.8mg/L in the blood serum. [2]Codeine tends to have a ceiling dose, meaning that after a certain amount your liver CYP enzymes get saturated and cannot convert anymore into morphine. Codeine toxicity is usually related to the activity of it’s primary metabolite- Morphine, as codeine itself is a relatively weak Mu receptor agonist. The mechanism of toxicity from opiates such as codeine/morphine is the suppression of the breathing centres, which can be strongly exacerbated by mixing the opiates with other CNS deppressants such as alcohol or barbiturates.Codeine is also known to cause strong histaminergic reactions in people, especially when administered intravenously.
