How does life after getting Adderall compare with life before getting Adderall?
I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 5, but my parents declined treatment and never sought similar counsel again. After continually failing and contributing nothing to society for the next 26 years I suspected that I might have something wrong with me. Sure enough, I discovered I did have ADD. A psychiatrist agreed and prescribed 5 mg of Adderall. The difference was quite astonishing. I suddenly was able to achieve about 500% more. Also, I was able to plan, remain focused on action, do math, programming, etc. My income increased about 1200% in 6 months. It was like I was awakened from a life of blindness. But unfortunately I then had to change doctors, and a new holistic doctor decided that Adderall was not for me - before even meeting me. She marked on my file, "Do not give Adderall". The amount of grievance and destruction she caused by this is difficult to measure. I have spent the last 6 months trapped in an episode of the twilight zone trying to fight to keep the prescription because of the remarks of one stupid holistic psychiatrist. What's worse is then my primary care doctor decided I was 'losing a lot of weight', although I have weighed the same for the past 7 months. Once a doctor gets an 'idea', it can be quite an unfortunate thing. I have no problem with the Adderall, even though they decreased my dosage even further, and I suspect that I am at one of the worst clinics on earth, since I don't know anyone else who has been tortured so extensively. The moral of the story is that, once a doctor discovers something that is 'working' they will stop prescribing it. The whole situation has been quite awful, and it's unfortunate when a drug which can help substantially can be 'taken away' by incompetent and ill-meaning medical professionals, none of which I will ever trust or believe again, as a result.
What are some characteristics of meth addicts?
Rather than the obvious signs of the homeless rock-bottom addict, perhaps it may be more useful to see some of the earlier subtle signs:-Weight loss despite junk food diet. They may appear pleasantly trim.-Bad skin-Very talkative, full of ideas. Can be intellectually interesting and engaging but at some point it feels they are talking at you more than with you.-No meaningful follow through on said big ideas.-Prone to irrational shifts into angry outbursts. These can be very quick and weird in normal conversation. -vanishing, unreliable to time commitments... Like not answering the phone all weekend, with vague explanations. In reality they were asleep for 3 days.-strange tooth decay, like along the sides of the front teeth. Teeth ground down.-hypersexual at times in risky ways-extremely clean house. Spotless bathrooms and kitchens. And yet there may be a nasty pile of junk hidden somewhere with piles of unfinished projects and found objects -spastic bird-like motions. If they are into dancing this might seem normal -rapid shifts in mood. They may go from sluggish and grumpy to quick and talkative after a short bathroom break.-weird hours in general. Like texting you at 5am with some sort of question -paranoid delusions. This doesn't have to be conspiracy theories and mind control, it could be extreme jealousy and accusations directed at you. Then it may get weirder with obsessions that various people or entities are watching them.-fascination with parts of objects.Contrary to expectations, there are severe meth addicts out there who hold down jobs and the appearance of normal life. In fact meth is a drug that can actually increase brain speed and productivity. Meth users are not stupid while high, but they end up irrational. They are dimwitted only when coming down. This makes the addiction very insidious as the addiction outsmarts the addict and the people around them in subtly sophisticated ways.

Heres my rankings on most of the stuff ive done, ive done other stuff but this was a post i put into another question comparing other drugs to a weed high, this is all brief explanations of what each drug is to me 1:XTC for sure! Its the most wonderful drug of them all. I mean weed is amazing dont get me wrong but its pussy sh*t compared to this. Most happiest 6-9 orgasmic euphoria ive ever experienced. Its just something that has to be experienced. And when based with something hallucinogenic my god, its a whole nother world of amazingness! 2:Shrooms- mild rolling feeling with a more thoughtful outlook on everything and some very cool interesting hallucinations 3:Heroin- the ultimate body numbness is achieved, body just feels great. I did cheese keep in mind so i snorted never shot up anything 4:Benzos (xanax, valium, etc)- another great body numbness and overall content and followed by the best sleep of your life, become retarded though, almost literally. 5:Weed- the most basic of all drugs and its just awesome 6:Meth- AMAZING high but comedown is not worth it at all, longest and most painful puking session ive ever had.... and AT a damn club. Cokes about the same position here as meth is because when doing coke you need alcohol, youll crave it, and youll drink way too much past your tolerance, so once again awesome but in the end its kinda .. eh.. 7:Opiates (oxy, percocet, etc)- theyre not bad just low on the list due to the fact they arent as effective on me as others 8:LSD -way too iffy, its a hit or miss. almost literally, but when it hits good its awesome 9:Tripple C's- cheap easy way to get high, but not even enjoyable, tends to cause lots of frustration and uncomfortableness... They give you multiple high feelings but without the euphoria so its not even that much fun 10: ADD meds: Adderall, vyvansie and crap like that suck. Another cheap way to get high (technically pay a LITTLE more for the real stuff) and its like a shitty boring, not even fun coke or meth spell.... they suck XTC, out of all of these is the best by a loooong shot, seriously, out of all of the drugs i have ever done nothing compares to popping some tabs, hittin up a rave, getting lights shows while listening to techno, stomping like a beast and feeling that all night full body orgasm. sorry, but nothing gets better than that!
