At the face of it all three are ADSL2+ WiFi routers with similar features.All of them have four Ethernet ports apart from WiFi. they have similar security features, firewall, MAC based filtering etc. However Dlink DSL2750U and TPlink W8969 provides an additional USB port for host connection.W8969 also provides a Ethernet WAN port, so that you can connect it to WAN side either through ADSL or through Ethernet.So you can decide based on what you want and the cost.

This option is available in the LAN port configuration tab or page.Insert the Ethernet Cable from ACT internet into that LAN port. Netgear D1500 &  Dlink 2750u- Both have 300 Mbps connection speed- Both are modem cum routers- Netgear has fewer LAN ports than Dlink. Its always good to have more LAN ports.- Dlink also has a USB port for External hard disk and printer sharing.- Both routers are easy to install.Most other specifications are same in both although Netgear has detachable antennas.I would prefer DLink  2750U because the extra ports and the USB feature is worth the purchase.But its always recommended to have a separate modem and a router if you inherit good download speeds.
