Since your games are digital, that might be a problem. The only way you can get out of this with the most money is if you are fine with selling the Xbox Live account that purchased those digital games along with the console. In doing so, your potential buyer will have access to your games. However, if you sell your XBL account to a stranger or someone you don't trust, you will want to make sure you remove all personal information from the account like credit cards and addresses. If you don't know how to do that, I wouldn’t be so quick to sell your console with your account.

Game Stop almost always buy games 40% of their original value, whether it's in perfect condition or not. I'm an old Game Stop Customer and has had very BAD experience with them. I would buy new games and they would give me an old box with a price sticker on it. Annoying! So say.. for example.. you sell a game you bought originally for $100.00. They would buy it back for like Less than $50.00, $40.00, or even $30.00.
