Trained Doctors Only Why Are My Arms A Funny Shape

I'm a boy, but with a feminine body shape?

I actually have the same problem however I'm quite tall with a very slim body and, as my friend calls it, ''an hour glass figure'' its kinda hard to deal with. I mean I'm 16 and weigh 100 even so i have a super chickish looking back and waist. I find its really easy to wear boys jeans that fit like body jeans. Men's body jeans are designed to hug and accentuation parts of the male lower half that define a male in general, ex/: thigh and calf muscles, more material in the crotch. Also I buy men's shirts and tops in the smallest size possible. However sometimes I just resort to a more ''flowerboy'' approach, which can be easy if you know how to do it correctly. Alot of my fashion is HUGELY influenced by the kpop culture. To give you an idea I wear a lot of clothing similar to that of these websites:

My favorite brand on yesstle is Aboki. After some research you might find some other similar men's boutiques with a more chic appeal.
Sometimes you just have to rock the body type your given :-/
Hope this helps! :D

Why don’t push-ups work out your chest? I do push-ups twice a week, but my chest still isn’t growing. Am I not pushing hard enough? I’ve heard people say to get exhausted each set. How can I tell when I’ve reached the feeling of "exhausted"?

The reason your chest is not growing is because you are not giving it a reason to grow. The reason muscles grow is because you stress them enough to cause microtears in the muscle tissue which you body then builds up to be stronger. If you are not working the muscle correctly then you will not be forcing your body to grow.At 15 reps, you are working the lower end of the endurance range. Training this way causes significantly less muscular hypertrophy than training 8–12 reps where you are barely able to get that last rep up but you are able to recover for another set within around 90 seconds. To do this with pushups you can either put your feet on something like a bench that will raise them off the ground and put more of your body weight on your shoulders and will make the pushups harder (this also emphasizes your upper chest and shoulders more) or you could place a weight on your upper back/trap area to make the exercise more difficult. If you only do pushups, however, then you will be at risk of your pecs pulling your shoulder joint out of its instantaneous axis of rotation which will provide for a painful experience depending on the severity of it. You should balance the pushups with pullups or inverted bodyweight rows or even postural exercises for your shoulders and back if the other two exercises are not options that you can do given your equipment. How to Build Muscle Fast you can read my full article on Red Morton Fitness’ website if you are interested in building a body that is solid, aesthetic, and very strong.Alex

Shoulder pain when lifting arm and bending it....?

So you feel this pain when you lift your arm up and bend it for that "BAWLING!!!" stance? The shoulder area above the biceps.. You mean the deltoids? Those are the muscles in your shoulders and i believe the medial/anterior (middle and front) deltoids control that movement where you move your arm up. This isn't a muscle spasm. You might have possibly pulled your anterior or medial deltoid or maybe tore it. Ice the area with an ice pack or a couple of ice cubes and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, try a heating pad instead.

Why does my girlfriend get sick while rock climbing ?

It's probably over-exertion. I used to get sick every time I ran the 400 meter in the spring track and field season because I would exert myself so hard over a relatively short amount of time. I don't know why the body does it, but it seems that if you exert 100% longer than 10-20 seconds, for say, a minute or so, this happens every time (for some people).

This did NOT happen if I ran the 400 during the peak of my Cross Country training when I was in seriously good aerobic and anaerobic shape. Only in the spring after I'd been away from training for 4 months.

So, I would just tell her to slow down, and take her time... if possible, take a rest between extremely strenuous moves to let her heart rate settle back down. If it beats too hard for too long, that's when she gets the sick feeling.

What happens if you only work your biceps every day?

Yes, you can train biceps every day while maintaining your regular training schedule. This works very well for people who have always struggled with biceps growth.Worth watching: Free Interactive Muscle Building & Fat Loss Video PresentationPick one biceps exercise, the one you feel the most. I like the preacher curl, but you might prefer the standing barbell curl or hammer curl. Here’s how you do it:Remember, you’re doing this every damn day. On some days you’ll feel weaker and you’ll have to use a bit less weight. Some days you’ll feel stronger and should use more weight. The key is that for both styles (strict and loose) you strive to lift as much weight as you can.Since you’ll be doing a fair amount of biceps work daily, you won’t do anything else for biceps for 3–4 weeks. You’ll get significant growth, and the daily heavy work will increase your biceps’ capacity to recruit its fast-twitch fibers, making your bi’s even more responsive to training after those 3–4 weeks.Christian Thibaudeau specializes in building bodies that perform as well as they look.
