OK, My question is this. What is the street value (per pill) for for each of these narcotic prescriptions? Morphine Sulfate SR 30mg tabs Hydrocodone 5/Acetaminophen 500 mg tabs I am not asking becuase I want to sell them I just want to know if they are something valuable enough for people to risk stealing them. I am asking becuase I have these prescribed to me by the VA for the wounds I got in Iraq. The VA send the refills every month through the regual US postal service. My Mail person just sticks them in my mail box like they are a letter. It says in big letters VA PHARMACY and it doesnt even fit in my mail box so this big white bag is hanging out of my mail box. So I have narcotics sitting in my mail box when I am not home. I am worried they will get stolen. Agree, Tramadol is not classified as an anxiolytic. For the most part anxiolytics are benzodiazepines that effect GABA receptors. (Valium, lorazepam, zanax, klonopin) Tramadol being a narcotic is not an anxiolytic but pain relief does calm the hell out of me lol. So if your anxiety is caused by pain, Tramadol might help. However, if it's caused by your inability to cope with your coworkers constantly making you look at pictures of their kids, then Benzos are your friend.

Yes, withdrawal from methadone is worse than from heroin/oxycodone/tramdol etc. But it plays a huge part in saving the lives of those addicted to opiates.There’s options for your sister, assuming she wants to get help. It depends on the goal - does she want to be completely abstinent, or does she want to simply live a stable life? If it’s the former, a detox programme is probably the best route - either that or cold turkey. If the latter, buprenorphine maintenance (then tapering if desired) would be my recommendation. Either that or methadone.The advantages of complete abstinence is that you’re completely drug free. However, in the event of a relapse (a high probability, especially after being in rehab) the chances of a fatal overdose is much higher than if she was using while still being dependent on opiates.The advantages of buprenorphine replacement therapy is that it allows an addict to get back to a stable life without having to engage in typical addict behaviour which may involve crime etc. It also blocks any opiate - so if someone were to inject heroin when taking buprenorphine they wouldn’t feel a thing. Also, the chance to taper is there when the person feels ready. The withdrawal is reportedly not as bad as methadone, but worse than heroin and oxycodone. The disadvantages of replacement therapy is really only that it has a huge stigma attached. And the other obvious disadvantages are that you have to pick up a prescription, and may be required to take your dose in front of a pharmacist, for example.Rehab and detox work for some people. But for most, they simply aren’t ready to go back into the real world while their brain’s opioid system is still recovering. So replacement therapy allows someone to get back to normality, and then when they are stable enough they can begin to allow their brain’s system to recover by slowly tapering.I’m not saying all rehabilitation and detox programmes are unhelpful to everyone. For a select few they may work wonders. But the reality is that most people will relapse (they’re also very expensive). Yes. I say try it and it works for YOU, keep taking it and i'll tell you why. Ever since I was 13 I ALWAYS had painful periods and tried everything so I'm speaking from experience. Before taking the tramadol, I literally had no life for 7 days because the pain was so bad. I dont know about anyone else but i have shit to do and don't have time being curled up in a fetal position crying my eyes out. The year i turned 18 i was put on tramadol and let me tell u, it was like someone turned my cramps off!!!! The only thing it did was make me sleepy, thats it. I never was addicted to it and to this day still isn't. She gave me 7 tabs, 1 for each day of my period and took it as prescribed. I finally got my life back. So again i say, DO WHATS RIGHT FOR YOU. Talk to your dr and see what he/ she says. All i can tell u is that it helped me tremendously, and i hope it does the same for you.

Co-codamol is the same as codeine. It contains codeine and paracetamol (acetaminophen). Tramadol is a fairly weak drug. Codeine is a controlled substance, Tramadol is not in the vast majority of jurisdictions. But for back pain I would say a codeine product is best. In addition to activating the opioid receptors, Tramadol also has nicotinic and muscarinic involvement, basically, it affects a number of fundamental pathways in the brain, unlike say, morphine, which affects just one pathway.This means that Tramadol withdrawal is a real bitch and may also cause serious depression and psychosis, so be careful.
