Can my parents see my transactions if my bank account is connected to theirs?
It would depend on what you mean by ‘connected’.You would have had to make a choice when you signed your signature card. The common ones are sole ownership, joint ownership, business, and feduciary.If you are the only (sole) owner of the money in your account, then no, they can’t know what’s going on.If you opened the account jointly with one or both of them, then yes, whoever is involved in the ownership of the account may know all about it.I doubt if its ownership is any of the others types.The only other way I know of to connect accounts is a ‘sweep’. If your parents have prearranged to have money transferred from their account to yours if you overdraw. In which case they would be notified that money had been taken out of their account and where it was transferred to. They will know then, but just the amount transferred, nothing else. Again, that is if you are the sole owner.I hope you aren’t planning on doing something shady. Your parents are giving you a rare opportunity.
Someone has made a transaction from my SBI account through Paytm, without my knowledge. What do I do to track that person and get my money back?
The same happeñd with me,Someone made a transaction from my account to his via paytm while i was sleeping and i am surprised how can he erase that particular transaction history from my passbook .However i filed a complain to paytm and they provided me information about the account holder’s name , email address and his account number ,and it was my best friend whom i trusted the most and use to give money whenever he needed,I didnt claim for money neither from bank nor from my friend.I just changed my paytm password debit card’s password and deleted his number from my phone .
Can I do transaction only by knowing my bank account number?
If you want to withdraw or transfer money from your account you need one of the followingATM/Debit card with KNOWLEDGE of PIN. Not just the account number.Withdrawal form to be signed and presented to the bank along with your passbook.Net banking with login, password, and your mobile to receive OTPKnowing only the account number does not carry you anywhere.However if you want to deposit a cheque in your account, knowledge of account number would suffice.

I know I asked this earlier but now it's about seeing the transactions ONLINE. I have my debit card and it has my money on it, so my mom and grandmother don't give two ***** WHAT I buy, but they're cosigned on it. My grandmother is actually. Anyway although they don't care they're still nosy as hell and try to investigate every and anything I buy, why, when, and how. So they don't care but want to know, then give me **** unless it's what they like. I know it's confusing, it is to me, but basically they're nosy. Now I have my debit card connected with them but I get all my statements online. They go straight to my email address and I can look up the statements on the website as well but under an account that's strictly mines and that they don't know the password, or username actually, to. I mean I know they can take cash out cause they have before but can they actually know what I'm purchasing if it's online with my email account? Can they still look at my statements?

The NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT code is indicative of the bank and branch, where the money came from.If that is not a sufficient indicator, you will have to check with the branch, and ask for details to be obtained.The narration for the entry gives the details for any transaction in your account.
