Tried To Reset Ipod Computer Froze

My Philips MP3 Player Is Frozen And Will Not Reset?

I have the Philips GoGear RaGa 4gb. I tried to connect to my computer but it would connect then disconnect and connect then disconnect and this kept going on. Now, it won't connect at all and my MP3 is frozen on the music screen. I've tried resetting it several times but it just stays frozen. I've checked the support website but nothing. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I have an 80 GB ipod.
1. Toggled the hold switch to hold and then back to the off position

2. Hold down the Menu/Select button simultaneously for about 8 seconds until you see the apple logo.

You ipod should be coming back up. Now you could have a low battery and if that is the case, charge it and then try to reset it. You can also find the info at the link below.

i read an amazing trick on here before that I've been using. Hold down the center button on your ipod, and also put your finger down on the space between the top button, and button on the left of the center button, so "10" o'clock! It's bizarre, but it worked on mine. Keep those two spots pressed for a minute and it should reset. as for itunes, i'd just do Ctrl-Alt-Del and restart it.
