Trouble Breathing After Biking

I have trouble breathing when running...?

Are you a real person? Honestly, this is too well!

if you are, please let me tell you that you are great!

i can see that you have dedication so i won't take time discussing this to you. With your question regarding asthma, i'm afraid i cannot answer that, i would rahter keep that to your doctor. i don't want to give you less than quality information.

i have experienced that before, not with running though. I have no stretching, no workout when my friend asked my reach the top of 300-step stair case. i never thought that this could be really hard.

it is a game so i run, im not even reaching the middle when i found my fingers numbing and bulky. i can't explain this. i can hardly breath and my heart is moving so fast. i though i would collapse. i check my doctor and he said that i am fine. I just have to do regular exercise.

So, i guess you have to do the right warm up before running. Plus, make sure you do run regularly because that will improve your stats. it doesn't matter if you run fast at first, you just have to run and you will improve as you practice.

Trouble Breathing After Running?

i'm no wellbeing care provider (Ijust play one on the weekends.) yet do know slightly wellbeing. this is because of the fact whilst the air's chilly, the bronchial sacs and vascular gadget constrict with a view to safeguard physique warmth. yet another factor of the temp often is the physique's ought to heat the air, and moisture loss from vapor. T'is why ya additionally get that cough from extremely chilly air. the simplest determination is to breath via your nostril. Or handbag your lips whilst respiratory.(seems unusual, i know, yet works) That'll reason the air to heat up slightly earlier it hits yer lungs. Scarfs paintings too.

Why am I having trouble breathing?

Well, since you are an EMT, you probably know as much as most on here. The gas leak was a red flag to me too. The smoking and stopping could be one thing. The exercising issue was the thing that got my attention. My first thought was asthma, exercise induced. Then I thought heart? Sure it's your right side, but I have heard of right sided pain related to heart. I would go to get a stress test done. I would also ask my doctor if you could have asthma. The gas leak could have brought on attacks. Since you smoked, it is very possible you have caused lung damage and the gas leak attributed to it. I still want you to have a stress test! I think that is very important given your statement of exercise difficulty. Good luck!!!

I have MAJOR trouble breathing while running?

Im a personal trainer so heres your answer. Sprinters actaully use more oxygen than long distance runners because your muscles are working faster to keep up.I havent seen you run so heres a quick tip.Making sure you warm up is important not only to your leg muscles but to your lungs. You might need to slow down your warm up laps.Your lungs need to be stretched out and be expanded before running long distance. Technique can be a factor too.Make sure you stride more on the straight path and excel at the curves. If this doesnt work, then you might have a small case of asthma.People whom really work on a sprinters workout isnt proper fitting for endurance build up.You have to build endurance and stmina before going out running for miles. Also try different forms of cardio workouts like swimming and biking.

I'm having trouble breathing after a hard fall, but don't think I broke a rib?

I took a very hard fall off my bike on Sunday. My arms and legs are covered in bruises and I'm sore all over. I can live with that. But starting about 5 hours after the fall, I started having to breathe very shallowly. Now, not too long ago I cracked a rib, and remember clearly how badly that hurt, not just to laugh or cough, but just to move. This injury isn't so bad. I can move around. But even walking up 1 flight of stairs, I have to sit down after and catch my breath for a good 5 minutes! Even if I talk for more than a few minutes I lose my breath. And it's not like I'm normally in bad shape. I'm hesitant to go to the Dr. because when I cracked my rib it cost me over $800 to find out that it was indeed cracked and they just gave me some ibruprofin and sent me home. But this shallow, painfull breathing thing is freaking me out! Anyone have this happen before? thanks!

Trouble breathing during/after running?

My school has regular fitness testing and yesterday we had to do this thing called the pacer where we basically run timed suicides. My previous scores were 47, and 52. We have to go up at least 5, and this time I got 63. Those are really good scores, but what bothers me is the reason they arent even better. I could get a much higher score, but it gets hard to breathe so I stop on my own. My teacher always yells at me to keep running, and gets mad when I stop cause I cant breathe. But its not my fault! I start breathing extremely fast and then get light headed from not getting enough oxygen. What causes this, and what should I do about it? Is there any over the counter drug I can take? I have to run a mile on Monday and I have to do it in 5 minutes 40 seconds, because my previous mile score was 6:10 and we have to increase by 30 seconds. Im really worried about not being able to breathe during the mile!

Why do I have trouble breathing after drinking alcohol?

I have exercised induced asthma. (When I do active movement I get asthma attacks). It's never serious so I don't have an inhaler.

I go out with friends occasionally and avoid drinking alcohol even though I would like to. But for some reason after I drink any alcohol, whether beer or hard liquor my air way constricts and I have trouble breathing. Wheezing as well. Any Ideas?

My sister has asthma too and it's alot worse than mine. The simplest allergy could give her a asthma attack. But she can drink alot without any asthma problem?

Am I allergic or somthing?

Trouble breathing after masturbation?

your OK, just take some big deep slow breaths. try and hold your breath for a few seconds.
do it again, then the 3 rd time, take a breath, hold it, and BARE down like when you poop.
im not joking. then exhales, this will help bring your pusle/ heart rate back down.
talk yourself thru this.
your ok, go get and ice cube and suck on it.
if you need to hold the phine in your lap.
I just like having the phone near me when i get panicky.
if you still cant breath, or it gets worse, then you need to call your mom, you donthave to tell her what you were doing, just tell her you cant breath all of a sudden.
but i think you will be ok.
the thingabout asthma medication, is its also a stimulant, it can make you feel speedy, this alsone can bring on a panic attack if your using it when you dont need it really bad.
are you starting to feel better NOW?
i hope so, force yourself to relax.
think about swimmin in a nice huge warm pool and how good that would feel.

I love riding and I have similar problems. This year I did my first long ride over the Eastern Himalayas. Before I start this was one thing that ate my head. I was scared of getting sick. I was solo rider through the rough terrain where it is difficult to find doctors around. I road through Sikkim, West Bengal. I faced temperatures as low as 8 degree Celsius. I could finish my ride without much trouble. (I’m not saying it was totally trouble free but it was bearable, manageable). Here is what you can do to get rid of your problem:Buy a Helmet that fits very well. There should be no air gaps between your chin and helmet cushion. There should be no air way to your ears. Helmet should be well fit. (follow any helmet buying guide). Make sure your helmet has all measures to keep air out of directly hitting your nose, moth, ears. Make sure it has all parts including the one I have high lighted below image.Wear a balaclava. This will keep the air that you inhale hot (as the air you exhale will increase the temperature of your balaclava, which will make the incoming air hot) . The main reason for cough, cold and sneezing is the cold air that you inhale.3. If you find the air coming in is still cold(which will happen if it is too cold, like below 10 degree Celsius) add some extra cloths around your mouth, nose which will keep it warm. In the beginning this will give a sense of suffocation. But, in a while you will be adjusted to it, because there is no other way.4. Don’t forget to close your ears with cotton plug. This is very important. Also keep your body warm. Wear a good jacket, shoes while riding.IMAGES ARE DOWNLOADED FROM GOOGLE.
