True Or False In Order To Pay For Obama Care Obama Will Make Us All Pay More Income Tax Every

Obama says he will "let the Bush tax cuts expire." So, explain to me how he will lower your taxes?

It's always interesting how Democrats define "fair taxes". They don't believe in equality in it's true definition. It's 45% for you, but 30% for me because I make less. They like to play fast and loose with the definitions.

If Obama signed the Executive Order 11110. It could save the dollar and our economy?

EO 11110 is actually still in effect, I believe. Obama wouldn't have to sign anything. He could simply instruct Geithner to have the Treasury start printing JFK's silver-backed United States Notes. Of course, he would never do that anyways, as he was clearly installed by the banksters themselves! And Geithner (prior to his nomination as Treasury Sec.) was the President of the NY branch of the Federal Reserve -- a privately owned company that could be put out of business if the US Note became the primary currency.

It is strange that there is technically no "legal" framework for our monetary system.

The only thing stopping people from introducing competing currencies, or refusing to pay the "federal" income tax, is the intimidation, coercion, and mafia-esque strong-arm tactics of the IRS and the internationalist bankers that own the federal government.

They don't really have the law on their side, but good luck telling them that! Especially when they have a gun to your head, and they own your entire financial life.

Good quotes though. It's nice to see this info finally getting around.

But please, don't count on Obama to fix this. He's a corporate invention. A brand identity. Nothing more. Even after only a month in office... I have no doubts about who he works for. Just look at his nominations, or the contents of his precious "stimulus" bill. It's like torpedoing an already sinking ship.

What do you think of Obamacare?

Having worked in the Canadian single payer system and our own for profit hospitals, I greatly admire and prefer the Canadian. From the point of view as a critical care nurse, I loved being focussed on treatment first. The second the patient hit the triage desk we were about treatment only. The bureaucracy came later.

In the USA nurses and doctors are expected to count each individual gauze, every tube of lotion, and every second spent on billing is time spent away from providing care. In Canada we just do our nursing duties and let stores and accounting count the costs.

Accounting is a place a single payer system saves Canadians a fortune. In the USA we have entire towers filled with bookkeepers and accountants, not to mention the required collections department. Canadian hospitals have accounting departments that take up less room than most nursing units, which leaves the towers available for more patient beds. Fewer accountants means more nurses. People who argue that their system costs more fail to take this efficiency into account.

Obamacare is a small step towards that superior Canadian system, where every citizen is covered through the general revenues of the tax system. In Canada there has not been a medical bankruptcy in the last half century, and no person has been denied treatment because of a pre existing condition.

I never worked in Europe, but nurses and doctors have assured me that this is true in every industrialized democracy but ours. In terms of access to health care we are number thirty seven!

The Canadian system is great for doctors as well, although the younger ones do not realize it because they do not remember how they used to need five clerks for the single one they employ today. They also do not need bill collection agencies and lawyers to track down their patients. Seriously, the Canadian system save so much on bureaucracy that can then be spent on parient care!

I admit this is more about private care, including the Obama version, versus single payer universal coverage, but my point is that I think Obamacare is a very small but significant step towards equality with Canada and the European Union. That's why I will vote for a Democrat who supports single payer before any other candidate in the upcoming primaries.

We deserve to be at least as good as Portugal, don't we?

Why is Obamacare currently failing?

For the people who have it, Obamacare was and still is very successful. I have plenty of patients who just picked up the phone and called an insurance company and got a reasonable, affordable policy without too much hassle. The primary reasons why Obamacare was not more widely accepted was because of the numerous destructive cuts the republicans put in place to debilitate the program. The first and most destructive insult was simply making it clear to the insurance companies participating in the plan that they would do whatever it took to keep the plan form working. If you’re an insurance company and you know that the government is not going to support the plan and that they will do anything in their power to keep it from working, it’s kind of difficult to keep selling plans, right? The next most destructive move the republicans made was to end their financial support of the program through a number of incentives directed at consumers and insurance companies.Getting rid of the individual mandate was another nail in the coffin. Never mind that every type of insurance on the planet relies on participation from a large population of people in varied risk categories. Did you for one minute think that your auto/home/dental/vision/life insurance coverage is not subsidized by the sheer number of people participating in the program? News flash: it is!!!! Why would you think that health insurance could be different and still succeed?Getting rid of the individual mandate was an easy sell to the general “we should get everything we want for free” republican supporting populace. That’s why it was a mandate. Duh. Guess how health insurance works in the entire rest of the civilized world? People pay for it. Yes, that’s right, they pay for it! Whether they pay for it in income tax, real estate tax, poll tax, gasoline tax, bridge tax, burger tax, or carpet tacks, every person who uses it pays for it in one way or another. Why would you expect the US to be any different? Oh, that’s right, you’re a magical thinker, like Mexico is going to pay for the wall, right?Unfortunately for the republicans the ACA is like Jason in Halloween. Despite being shot in the head, run over, set on fire, buried, and drowned in a vat of acid it continues to survive. Not only that, but the general public even notices that they kind of like it. Get ready for the hypocrisy.

Can anybody explain in detail the difference between Obama's and McCain's tax plan without bias?

McCain will tax the hell out of the middle class and give all sort of cuts to big business. His verbal promise to lessen tax on the oil industry is proof for that. He knows as well as I that the money saved in taxes for the oil company, we will not see a dime of it, it will just go into the CEO's pocket.

While Obama, will just tax the hell out of us all. In his plan, no one will be exempt except the real poor.

How can Obamacare be explained in layman's terms?

From Reddit:(http://www.reddit.com/r/explainl...)Bob: Hi, insurance company. I'd like to buy some health insurance.Insurance company: No. You had cancer when you were 3 years old, and  the cancer could come back. We're not selling health insurance to you.Bob: It's not my fault I got cancer when I was three! Besides, that was years ago!Insurance company: If we sell insurance to you, we'll probably lose money, and we're not doing it.Bob: But I need insurance more than anyone! My cancer might come back!Insurance company: We don't care. We're not selling you insurance.Obama: Hey, that's totally not fair. Bob is right, he does need insurance! Sell Bob some insurance.Insurance company: If we have to, I guess.Mary: This is cool. Obama said the insurance company has to sell insurance to anyone who needs it.Sam: Hey, I have an idea. I'm going to stop paying for health  insurance. If I get sick, I can always go buy some insurance then. The  insurance company won't be able to say no, because Obama's told them  they have to sell it to anyone who needs it!@Dave: that's a great idea! I'm not paying for health insurance either, at least not until I get sick.Insurance company: Hey! If everyone stops paying for insurance, we'll go bankrupt!Obama: Oh come on Sam and Dave, that's not fair either.Dave: I don't care. It saves me money.Obama: Oh for god's sake. Sam, Dave, you have to keep paying for  health insurance, and not wait until you're sick. You too, Mary and Bob.Mary: But I'm broke! I can't buy insurance! I just don't have any money.Obama: Mary, show me your piggy bank. Oh, wow, you really are broke.  Ok, tell you what. You still have to buy insurance, but I'll help you  pay 95% of the cost.Mary: thank you.Obama: I need an aspirin.Insurance company: We're not paying for that aspirin.

Did Obamacare give working poor and middle class more in real savings than the Trump tax cut will?

Unfortunately, Trump supporters fail to take the time to actually consider the consequences of their support. Consider his last tax cut. Discounting the fact that cuts for the other than ‘job creators’ end in 2025, consider the actual amount that Trump’s tax cuts actually give to those in the bottom 50% who actually supported him. We hear his supporters undying loyalty to him, when they have received an additional $600.00 in their annual wages as a result of those cuts, forgetting entirely that those tax cuts have not, and will not increase Federal Tax revenues with more jobs, and the promised additonal taxes promised to be paid by those new hire employees. The GOP knows it is a lie, which is why Ryan and others are desperately searching for more spending cuts to make in social programs to offset the 1.5 Trillion cost of Trump’s most recent gifts to the top 2%.Now, instead consider what the “flaming Liberals” have attempted to do instead of tax cuts which are proven not to create jobs, A much better alternative is to simply increase the minimum wage, from 7.25 an hour to something more appropriate, considering the increases in cost of living, and worker’s increased productivity.which, if actually adjusted to that criteria, would be $20.00 an hour. Even just increasing wages $1.50 hour would increase an individuals salary over $3000 a year, far more that the $600 for which many Trump supporters have pledged their undying loyalty. The amazing thing is that Trump’s loyalists totally fail to consider that at some point, they will have to begin repaying their tax cuts back with higher taxes, just as promised.Of course, we will see the usual claims that higher wages will result in lost jobs, and harm each states economy. That is false, as proven by the many states which have increased their own minimum wage rates. Why not do a Google search, instead of relying upon Fox News, the unofficial propaganda arm of the GOP?Why not consider just how much money someone actually earns each week at $7.25 an hour, Perhaps then you can understand why it is practically impossible for a family of 4, with both parents working, to survive without the use of social safety nets, you know, those services, the very ones the GOP is now seeking to remove, or greatly reduce. From my vantage point Trump is not draining the swamp, he is working to substantially enlarge it, and marketing his newly created muck and its inhabitants to his loyal supporters,

Obama claims his tax plan will give tax cuts to 95% of the people, but 40% of the people don't pay taxes?

40% of working people don't pay income taxes. They don't make enough. They get all their taxes refunded at the end of the year. Pretty much anyone working for minimum wage fits into this category.
