Are these true religion jeans real or fake?
The patch by the belt loops is in correct. For men's it always has the- section*cut* which is billy, than The seat. Which is waist size. I don't see the waist size part filled in and I'm Starring and holding men's billy true religion jeans in my hands tht I bought for a family Memeber/brother not even a month ago. The Buddah on the patch appears to be missing some details in his clothing and the guitar he is holding. Im honestly saying there fake The only true way to tell is ask the seller for a copy of there recipet that should be official and look printed and not tampered with. I always keep my recipts on hand :D EDIT. 1st pair is 10000000% fake. It's obvious details you should look for. THe 2nd pair/link the pictures don't show the whole seaming down the side of the leg well so it's hard to tell. The jeans do like another pair of a family memebers jeans i bought that are real. The patch is correct on these jeans. Notice the details in this patch the 1st pair doesn't have. All my men and woman's true religion patches have lots of detail that fakes over look. Fakes also mess up on the messurmenrs of the in seams :) I would say 2nd pair is real.

Are these fake True Religion Jeans?
If it doesn't have the micro-stitching, it's probably a fake. Also, the guy in the article was using multiple pairs of jeans that were both real and fake to compare the two, it was not just one pair of jeans. ** Also, 90% of the products you buy outside of the retail store are knockoffs, so if you got it on eBay or other online source there is a 10% chance of getting the actual product.

How do I know if my true religion jeans are fake?
Look at the tag with the buddha. Is the tag placed correctly so that you can see the logo correctly? Also, underneath True Religion, it should say "brand jeans". The horse shoe pocket design should also be nice and large, many fakes have small looking horse shoes.

Im only concerned with there being no number next to seat on the back tag and the inner tag has a horeshoe instead of a buddha. Did they come like that?

Just purchased on ebay material feels lighter (not sure if some material on trues are lighter), the zipper feels cheap, doesn't have true religion buttons )but I know some do come with the crystal buttons), and the budha inside the pocket is a faded red color.(I own a pair I know are authentic and the budha is a deep red and not sure if these should look the same) The thing that really concerns me is the zipper because it feels so flimsy! also zipper does not have the horse shoe or YKK on it. Are these fake? Do True Religion jeans last long?
I love TR jeans. But they will disintegrate, blanch and practically self-destruct if one is not incisive, careful and diligent while washing. While wearing, my TR jeans often ripped around the crotch when I spread my legs. Unfortunately, iPhones will perforate the front pockets within several weeks. But since they look great, they are popular, so we always told customers the following: ONLY cold wash, ONLY hang dry, and NEVER use them for yard work/hard labor.

True Religion would also NEVER wholesale their jeans to a site using their resemblance and name. They only distribute to reputable department stores as well as a select assortment of established online retailers for online sales.

All True Religion jeans are made in in the US and their jackets are made in Mexico, never China. I don't think Nordstrom's would sell fakes because they're a reputable store but it could be possible that someone returned a fake and you bought it. If you still have the receipt, you can return it. Nordstrom's has an excellent return policy.
