What are assisted living apartments?

Assisted living apartments are also known as assisted care communities. These are places for people who can no longer live independently but are still able enough to not need consistent assistant like those in nursing homes.

When we say the elderly lives in an assisted living apartment, he or she is provided with meals three times a day, regular medication, housecleaning and laundry. The meals are served in a dining room that is open for all in the community. There is hardly any assisted living community that would permit bringing the meals to your own apartment. Kitchens are still present in the apartments, although the utensils and equipment are limited. There are routine check-ups and daily activities. The staff is usually composed of registered nurses and qualified caregivers. To check for assisted living apartments within your area, you can visit http://findingseniorcare.info.

Some of the facilities accept insurance like Medicaid, but not all. The monthly fee is between $2500 and $4000.

Would you open a computer repair business with no clientele?

You don't have a computer repair business if you have no clientele. You might have a *potential* business. You might even open a storefront, but this could be a very expensive mistake. It takes time to gain clientele, so there you are, with overhead and no income. If you have the experience and the capital, you can do it this way, and with an advertising campaign (also expensive).Without the experience, it is *extremely unlikely* to succeed and the capital will be wasted. However, you can "open a computer repair business" simply by making yourself (and possibly others working with you, a very good idea if it is possible) available to do computer repair. You don't have to start with a storefront, you can start with business cards, and with small posters put up in various places. You can build a reputation and get repeat business and referrals. And when you have enough business that you need a special place to do the work, then you open the storefront.

How do I get clients for my new startup social media agency?

Its all about Cold Calling and Driving around your Local Area!If your anything like me you’ve probably spent hours reading about how to find more clients online. Thats the Golden Question! These are my methods.Heres what worked for me,COLD CALLING - This got me 5 locations. I searched on yelp for people in the marketing business for local shops. I called all of them up and offered to just manage the social media aspect of their business for them. I offered $275 per account I managed and after the 50th agency I called it worked. The call landed me 5 account all paying $275, making $1375 a month. You Just need to hit the Phone!!!!!Cold Calling - I got 9 locations. This time I called up individual stores. I started with restaurants. I went on yelp and called all 200 restaurants in within a 20 mile radius. The goal is always to set up a meeting on the weekend with the owner. Call >>> Meeting >> Follow Up >> Close!Email Marketing - I’ve read about this a ton, it doesn’t work. Sent out 1000 emails with a great script. Not a personal enough connectionInstagram DM’s - Got 3 Locations. These are big, first you need to build up your account over 1k followers. Then use a Hashtag, say if your looking for barbers, use the hashtag #barbershop. Then DM 100 people a day everyday who own barbershops. Explain what you do and how you can help with their Social MediaJob Sites - Upwork, Indeed, Zip-recruiter, Glassdoor. These are all great ways to find people who are LOOKING for a Social Media Manager Already!! Its not that hard to convince someone looking to hire a social media manager to work with someone who owns a Social Media Agency. To sum it up, You Have To Hit the Phones! I can’t stress this enough it works!! These are my numbers150 Calls = 5–10 Meetings = 1 Close (conservatively)CALLING ALL YOUNG PEOPLE: Feel free to reach out to me at Anytime for FREE business advice. I miss my DC restaurants and foodie buddies !! Saludos.

As a male does my long hair hinder my public image as a professional lawyer?

I am a law student and I have seen attorneys with long hair. I believe the style or look one posses is irrelevant to how one practices his trade, craft, or profession. However, I do believe there are many unspoken words and I would like to know if upon becoming an attorney I should lose the long hair (it resembles like Depp's hair in Blow) which is at shoulder length. I'm asking an honest opinion from those who are in the legal field.

Thank you

How do I get a USPS cluster mailbox taken from my property?

I have asked repeatedly for a cluster box to be removed. When I bought the place I thought it would be nice having it nearby, but after my son was almost run down by someone racing to the mailbox (it is at the end of my side yard next to my driveway) I asked it be removed only to be told no. It was convenient for them to have it there.

I even went so far as to ask each of my neighbors if they would mind putting up mailboxes for individual deliveries. One of sixteen said they prefer the cluster box. The other fifteen said they would support individual mailboxes. I was denied again - the ONE person's rights were more important than mine, or so the postmaster said.

Over the years I have asked again and again as I've dealt with drunken or uncaring people driving into my driveway, people blaring music all hours of the night from their cars, and the ever present family arguments out by the mailbox.

I am completely ignoring their requests to scoop snow and clean around it - I don't work for free and they don't pay rent. Now they are telling me I can't park in front of my own home because I have to keep the access way clear for thirty feet.

I am fed up with 'quasi-governmental' convenience superseding my rights as a home owner. I pay my taxes and mortgage. How do I get them to leave my property?

Thank you,
