Is it possible to call someone and get their phone to ring when it's on silent?
I've been trying to call someone and I know for sure she put her phone on silent i tried calling her like 5 to 10 times it's really urgent this topic can't wait. is there a way i can get her phone to ring when i call her? She normally picks up always or answers my texts pleaseee help me!

The only way your going to find out is if they’ve left you a voicemail. Hop into to your voicemails, scroll to the very bottom and select blocked messages and you’ll see if the blocked person has left you a voicemail. That’s it, if you’ve blocked them there is a reason right ? It's possible that they have a call forward to an incomplete number, or a number which is not in service. I would however expect (in the UK) to hear a network announcement in the latter case. If the person you are calling has added your number to a blocked caller list, then depending on how their phone rejects the call (in terms of the release code sent to the network), it's possible that you wouldn't hear any ringing cadence. If the person you are calling does not have a CFNRC (Call Forward on Not ReaChable, to use the industry terminology) set up, then if the handset does not respond to paging requests from the network (when you call it), it could be that the network it is connected on does not make a network announcement (in the UK, you might get something like "I'm sorry, the person you are calling is not reachable, please try again later"). I'd try calling from another number, preferrably a land line. If that fails, try and get in touch with them using some alternate means, and get them to check their call forwards (also called diverts) to see if any diverts (on busy, on no reply, on not reachable, unconditional/permanent) appear to have invalid numbers. It's quite possible that it's simply a network fault, either with the network you are connected on, the network the person you are calling you is connected on, or a transit network inbetween the two, which one or more networks may already know about, and are trying to fix. If you do end up finding out the cause, it would be helpful if you could post back here, using the "Additional Details" button - helps increase/share the knowledge, and may assist in the future if anyone else should have the same problem.

Yes, they will come to know that you called because call goes through and something like half rings goes but the call does not completely materialize and it gets disconnected because mobile application/system automatically rejects the already blocked number.
