THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Do you know the name of this manga?

I was wondering if anyone might know the name to this manga i've been trying to find for a long long time. . . i'll try my best to describe it. it starts of with this girl (in high school) who's parents or grandparents died, i can't remember, and she is told she has a brothers but when she gets to the address there are two brothers who are actually both step-brothers (half-brothers) and one of them wears glasses. She doesn't know which one is her real brother out of the two so they both try to figure it out. They both don't accept her as their sister though but eventually begins to treat her nicer. Also, the other brother, who is more on the cool side with his hair and had a girlfriend, starts to fall for her while the glasses one remembers that he is her real brother when they were little.

I know it's not the best description but if anyone might even have the slightest clue it'd be really great.

What is the name of this shoujo manga?

i was reading a manga about a girl described as having "cat-like eyes" (slanted i'm guessing) who gets kissed by an unknown boy in the library--the rest of the story consists of her trying to figure out who kissed her. Does anyone know the name of this manga? I'd like to start reading it again!

Why do manga and anime characters regularly call out the names of their attacks before using them? Does it help the viewer in some way?

1:Signal the audienceUsually the screaming of attacks allow people to familiarize themselves with specific movements and techniques characters use.2:AssociationThis one is a more in world explanation it usually helps explains those that call the name before or while attacking the way to explain this is something along the lines Glenn explains in Rokudenashi to his students normally a full chant is needed to perform the magic they have but he displayed its simply word association to project the desired result. (Ex: Thunder sprites pay heed and strike with your electric shock.) now through association of words he can shorten it to (Paralyze). In other words calling names helps gives them the image of what they want to do and project it into their world.3:Dramatic EffectPeople often use the screaming of attacks to also change the atmosphere. When screaming an attack that appears flashy it gives it an intensity I mean what seems cooler a mute explosion or one with sounds? Think of the calling of attacks as part of the sound effect of the attack.4:In universe powersNow in animes like bleach they call the attack because names are important in this world allowing it to increase the power of said attack as well as a weapon. A big example of this is Yumichika who calls his zanpaktou by calling it Fuji Kujaku which the sword itself hates due to Fuji being its disliked color but releases its full power when called Ruiro Kujaku this also applies to Renji’s Bankai as well with him initially only manifesting a part of its power due to not learning its true name.
