Trying To Lose The Little Belly Pouch Asap But Based On My Situation How Can I Get Around To

Why am I not able to reduce belly fat despite trying hard for 9 months? I run 3 km 5 days a week on a treadmill in ~17 minutes. I don't do weights, but I take other exercises like crunches and pushups. I don't take fatty food.

Belly fat is the last to go and first to come,I am going to tell you a way that mostly works, it worked on me and some of my friends and family.First of all to burn fat you have to workout in the morning but not on empty stomach , have something healthy to eat, do not overeat.Never be on empty stomach, eat , eat healthy.You need to start doing weights.As you have told you run 5 days a week , so your stamina would be alright.Now the schedule:RunExerciseRunRunning:This method is not new but it definitely works.I would suggest running on a treadmill to track your progress.Start on 5 speed .After every 30 seconds increase the speed by 0.5.After you reach 9 speed level, wait 30 seconds and increase to 10.Continue doing this, i.e. after every 30 seconds increase the speed by 1. (Earlier it was 0.5)In the starting , do this for 10 minutes, and then increase the time. Do not try to increase it all at once. If you are doing it for 10 minutes; try for 12 minutes.This will probably work.Even when you feel really tired push yourself, but do not strain yourself.Exercise:As you do not do weights i would suggest full body exercise for the first 15 days to distribute the fatigue over the whole body rather than a particular body part which is eay to bear, and will help you in not quitting.Do 1 exercise for each body part i.e. Chest, Back, Shoulder, Biceps, Triceps, Legs.Each exercise should have 3 sets.Every next set of a exercise should have more weight than previous set even if it is 0.5kg.Keep an eye on your form, how you do the exercise, beacuse it is the most important part.Your stance should be strong.Few things to remember:Drink water slowly.Eat less, eat more times.Never be on empty stomach.Never leave workout for more than 3 days.Workout in the morning.Get proper sleep.While running on treadmill be cautious, use emergency stop when required.Do not try to find outer motivation, your body is your ultimate motivation, you are doing this for yourself and nobody else.Neve give up.I wish you all the best.Plant a tree, do not curse the sun.

Is there a way to lose belly fat without exercise?

the only way to loose fat belly is to loose weight in general. you can't "target" areas for reduction of fat with exercise, and anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong. exersizing will only build muscle there, it won't get rid of the fat itself.
if you want to loose weight (and the belly fat), your calorie consumption has to be lower than what you burn through the day.

How can i lose belly fat fast?

Im not overweight.I like everything on my body besides my belly fat and the fat on my sides.I dont want to get abs though just a flat tummy.i also have a swim party coming up im 2 months and need to lose it by then.please help ASAP.

Belly button piercing blood blister?

I've had my belly button pierced for about 4 or 5 months now. And i've had this blood blister near my top hole for about one or 2 months now. I went to a piercing shop and showed him and the piercer told me to stop using salt water soaks and start cleaning it with soap. Also he told me to put aquafresh whitening toothpaste on it. Well i have been dong what he told me for about few weeks now, but it is still not going away. It seems like it gets smaller, but it comes back. There is no puss or anything in the bubble but when i clean it and the top skin comes off, it bleeds sometimes. And also when i clean it, it gets reddish purplish.
Does anyone know what i can do to make this blood blister thing go away?
PLEASE ONLY ANSWER IF YOU ARE HAVE PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH PIERCINGS OR HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE BEFORE!

You will never be able to lose it if you aren't dieting AND exercising. By dieting I mean eliminating processed foods and sugars from your diet. If you don't normally eat healthy you will need to stock your fridge with fresh fruits and veggies. This is very stubborn fat to get rid of.
Exercise is so important as well. You need cardio to burn the fat and weights to build muscle again. If you don't have weights the bands are cheap or you can use heavy soup cans etc or even your own resistance though that takes much more focus. I have seen lots of women who have had c-sections get back in amazing shape. Sure they
have scars and some excess skin but that doesn't mean you should give up. You will never have your old body back but you can get pretty
close and you should never be ashamed of your scars it shows your
journey and a guy who loves you won't care about the look of your
stomach.
Have you ever tried a detox? I did that after my son was born. Did it
for thirty days also gave up eating meat. I ended up weighing less than
before I had him. I did work hard though. I bought the Turbo Jam
DVD's and later before I got pregnant again was using the P90X
series. If you want to get your body back you need to work hard. I did
and the results were great but without sweating and struggling I would
never have looked the way I did. It gave me my confidence back. I was like you, I cringed at the thought of any guy seeing my stomach.
Work those abs! But remember you won't see results without diet and exercise

I totally agree with Vivek’s answer.Let me add few points from my end.Stop playing the mind music and chatter of people telling you “Lose Weight” The process of losing weight is the process of self-realisation that health and fitness is a journey of happiness and you want to take the first Step. No one out there can make you take the first step.People like me can inspire you to start your journey but the motivation to take first step comes from within.Start slow and make sustainable changes. Saying no sugar from tomorrow is a good goal and the best if you can stick to it.But, If it is difficult to stick with, reduce your sugar in take to half in first week and then reduce it further in subsequent week to get to no sugar destination.Sugar is not only in chocolates,sweets and evidently sweet items. If you remove all sugar containing items from supermarket, You will see only 20 % products remaining . It is present in almost all the processed food.Get yourself into no sugar, less salt and no refined flour food habits.These will fix 90% of your bad dietary habits.Increase your water intake to 4 to 5 litre. Plan it that way.Drink atleast 2 glasses of water when you wake up.Don’t underestimate the green vegetables.They are the ones which provide you key nutrition. Include salad in your food like cucumber,carrot,tomato,cabbage,broccoli,avocado.Take raw fruit rather than juices.Keep your fibre intake adequate.Take isabgol to reach to your fibre target.Include atleast two teaspoon of flaxseed in your diet.Decrease the intake of simple carbohydrates .Fill yourself more with sprouted moong tadka, sprouted chana tadka.Keep protein intake to adequate.Prepare your dal with veggies like bottle gourd,cucumber,green peas.Include eggs,cottage cheese and soya chunks in your diet.Add good fats like avocado,walnut in your diet.Ghee in moderation won’t harm you.Include HIIT workouts in your routine.Lift heavy atleast two days a week.Plan your workouts,Make it exciting with the help of good music,variety of workouts.All the steps listed above are written after trying them on myself.Here are the results.
