One solution would be to create a single web page for your profile information (using a free web design company) and then advertise your services in the following ways;1. Create social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and a blog.2. Write engaging content related to the subject you tutor and post on your social media accounts regularly.3. Post adverts on forums.4. Place flyers in schools, colleges, universities, local shops.5. Advertise on craigslist, gumtree and other similar sites.6. Use search and social PPC advertising. Search PPC (Google Adwords) can be very expensive but social PPC (Twitter and Facebook ads) can be much cheaper.7. List your profile on free tutor profile listing sites and forums. 8. Create a YouTube chanel and produce and upload a short introduction video explaining who you are and what you tutor. You can then post weekly videos offering advice on the topic you tutor. This can also be posted on your other social media channels.9. Afilliate/referral marketing is a good way to drive students to your profile page. Find a company that regularly deals with the students you might tutor. For example; a student letting agency has lots of students on their books. Offer them a small referral fee for every student they send to you.If you are tutoring online then you will still need a platform to deliver your online lessons.
