Tv Influencing Dreams

What 1960s TV show is the music in the dream chase scene in the movie The Cable Guy (visual looks like Lost Boys, music from 60's)?

I’m almost positive it’s a version of the Mod Squad opening theme.

Which TV series/Movies have influenced your life?

Copied (and edited) from Who is Ariel Williams?I watch TV but not as often as I watch movies on TV. I tend to watch shows not channels and don't ever do random channel surfing. On TV I love Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, The Mentalist, Psych, Monk, Misfits, The Fades, Torchwood, Myth Busters, Quantum Leap, Red Dwarf, The Walking Dead, Law and order, Game of Thrones, Leverage, Stargate, Fantasy Movies/TV of all sorts, the Discovery channel, TLC, History, PBS, SyFy. I like the old horror TV shows of the 80-90's like Twilight Zone, Monsters, Tales From the Darkside, The Outer Limits, Freddie's Nightmares and TV / movies that push boundaries of imagination or teach in wondrous ways. My favorite movies in no particular order are... The Princess Bride, Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, What Dreams May Come, Dark City, The Explorers, Cecil B. Demented, Dog Soldiers, TLOTRT, Jackie Chan films (esp. Drunken Master movies), Brainscan, Blade Runner, Brainstorm, Flight of the Navigator, Dreamscape, Westworld, The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension, The Immortals, Troll Hunter, Cherry 2000, Spacehunter and What the Bleep do we Know. I like old cheesey movies and b movies because even the bad ones have so much creativity and inspiration hidden away in them.I could add to these lists extensively but in short things that push the boundaries of imagination and wonder are my true love in life.

Evil jinn dream??? Please help?

So last night my sister went to hear and saw a shadowy black figure, she said that it was a jinn and came to my room. Eventually we went to her room as we heard noises in the house. When I went to sleep, I was sleep paralyzed meaning a jinn attack. Then I saw this very frightening dream about this evil, old jinn lady who wanted to kill me. She was in a palace/mansion place scratching the wall, I was on the other side going away from her. She said she didn't know why she disliked me or wanted to kill me. She also mentioned that she will not allow my marriage to tale place. Im engaged and planning to marry in july. She was very scary- face wise and had a very evil witchy voice.
Can someone please tell me why this happened to me?? Tnx. Btw, I had a previous break up and the family is known for black magic. Do you think this has anything to do with them or is it something else. I'm a Muslim.

Recurring Dream of Me Choking Small Children to Death?

I'm not asking for a spiritual answer, necessarily. If you feel like giving one, whatever. I'm looking for a psychological evaluation of this.
For the past two nights, I have been dreaming of me choking small children to death or near to it. Although I feel regret in my waking life for it, even though I've never done it, I enjoy it in my dreams. It's pleasuring and it makes me feel good to have their tiny little necks in my hands. I seethe in the joy of being the master over whether they live or die. So, what's that supposed to mean?

Had a dream ex got shot in the arm?

the arm is to do, the dead is the relationship you had with him, the relationship I finish, trying to help means that your ex wanted to return with you, but the shot in the arm means that someone is influencing him so he does not come back with you.
For example: a relative or friend to whom you do not like

Why do I dream black and white dreams?

The mind has a conscious side that operates while we are awake, it controls the motor functions of your body and an access point to your memory/storage. The subconscious is the other side of the mind and it operates when you sleep and it has control of memory storage and first aid functions. (I am oversimplifying things to keep this short and I thank you for your patience and understanding.) Everything you see and hear while awake even if you did not focus on it is a stored memory. Most of your healing occurs while you sleep, think of it as maintenance and the more healing your body needs the less energy you have to dream with. I am sure you have had crazy dreams where a house had windows but no walls or you were riding in a car but there was no car, this is because you didn't have enough energy to fill in all the details because maintenance was using most of it. Most dreams are in black and white but seem to be in color because they are things we remember in color. Color will stand out when it occurs in a dream because it will be an item your subconscious mind deems it important. The people who fail to see color in their dreams most of the time tend to be open minded and have no need to doubt themselves.

Are your dreams colorful or black and white?

So, I was on this Synesthesia site (http://www.mixsig.net/nexus/viewtopic.ph... which if ur curious what Synesthesia is u can look it up. But the question was, "Do you dream in color?" And I was like, "Ummm, doesn't EVERYONE dream in color?" So do u??? ????

What does it mean when I dream in black and white?

Dreams don't express anything nor have any symbolism nor do they mean anything nor do they have hidden messages. Your brain is processing the days events and recent events. It makes sense of what has happened to you in it's own way. It revisits events, it sties to work out what was important, what to store in the memory and what not, it tries to connect the dots. While it does this, the brain tries to create a story from all seemingly random brain activity. Because thats how the brain works. It's how we read a comic book - we have pictures and we infer a lot so that they form a story. Dreaming is a more advanced version of this. The brain gets loose 'pictures' and it creates a story. That story is often weird and confusing. For instance. I have recently noticed that dreams are very associative. I'm doing one thing in a dream and go on to do a little other thing, and the little thing becomes a whole new story. Or I see people in my dream and the next minute I AM those people. It's because your dreams are just random, based on what the brain is working on. It's not a real story, it carries no meaning.
