Why can't I see a reply on Twitter? It says there are two, but I only see one.
Yes, there are two replies, but you only see one.Why? Because the user who wrote the reply which you can’t see, has their Twitter account as private.When a twitter account is private, everything they post, retweet, like or reply, is hidden from everyone else, apart from those users that follow them (the private account).I hope that explains it.
Twitter replies not showing in conversation?
@replies will never show up on someones profile page, only on their timeline. Other users do not have access to others timelines. However, only @replies from people that person is following will show up on their timeline, if they wish to look at @replies from people they are not following, they can click their @[username] button on the right hand side of the home page. If she is not following you then this is the only place she will be able to see your reply (apart from your profile page). It will come up and most people check their @replies regularly. If you want to check if your reply worked then in the search box on the right hand side, type in @tyrabanks straight after you have replied to her and you should see your reply. However, depending on how many other users have @replied to her, then you may not.
Why won't the twitter reply button work when I click it?
When I click reply, retweet, or if I click on a tweet so that it would normally expand on the right hand side to show its pictures or videos, notthing happens. (the "favourite" button works fine) It has been doing this for a few days, since I updated my windows and explorer. It's really inconvenient. How can I make them work again? (this is on my laptop, not my phone)

No they cannot see your replies. Per Twitter support...If your account is protected, we assume that you only want your followers to see your updates. @replies sent to people who aren't following you will not be seen. If you want to interact with everyone on Twitter, you should not protect your account. The only people that can see what you Tweet are the people that you have approved to follow you. What you might try is to open a second Twitter account just for Tweeting celebs and keep your first account for your personal Tweets. Just remember that if someone is not following you, your replies to them will not be seen on their main Twitter page. So for example if you send a reply to Ashton Kutcher and he is not following you, the only way he'll see your reply is if he is searching his own name. Your reply won't show up on his main public timeline. The good thing though is that Ashton is known for checking and replying back to many of his fans.
How do you delete replies on Twitter?
Sorry, you can't delete @replies. When someone @replies to you, they are really updating their own twitter so they are not "yours" to delete. It would basically mean deleting other person's tweets. Hope that makes sense.
Tweets missing on my twitter's timeline?
tweets missing on my twitter's timeline??? so when i check my twitter for the latest tweets i find that that there's a huge gap in my timeline. like it jumps from 4 hours ago to 1 hour ago. and i cant scroll down to see the older tweets. i tried deleting my account, signing out and in again, clearing history and cache but nothings working. and im aware that twitter shows 1000 tweets only but there's no way id have 1000 tweets in 3 hours i dont follow a lot of people. i use iphone 4s. can you please help me? thanks
