2 Lumps on lower back Plus severe back pain?

I have been having ridiculous back pain for the last few months. Its horrible in the morning to the point I can barely move. Sometimes the pain is in my lower back, sometimes on the left...and sometimes on the right. And sometimes higher in my back just below my shoulder blades. Most of the time its in my lower back. It hurts to bend, move side to side, even hurts just laying down or sitting down...and even sometimes hurts to inhale. Like I said it really bad in the mornings but the pain doesnt go away through out the day.
Once in a while I will also feel a sharp pain shooting down the back of my left thigh.

Just tonight I also noticed two big lumps on my lower back on both sides of my spine.
They dont hurt that much when I touch them or press on them and they are "moveable"

I do plan on seeing a doctor but at the moment my health card is expired and I am unable to re new it until the middle of next week. I dont know if this helps but I am 24 yrs old and I have 3 children.

I hope I explained this well and really hoping for some answers to ease my mind.

Lower back pain after "popping" feeling?

You may have a herniated disc, this used to happen to me a lot! I was able to feel where it was out of place, usually you can feel a lump and if you press on it. Don't press too hard, it'll just make you hurt worse. If you can't go in, just try an Anti-Inflammatory such as Ibuprofen, Naproxen worked great for me, but I think you need a prescription for it. Lots of cold compresses the first few days and then after 3 days use heat. It will eventually go away and you'll feel better, but just a warning, it can be weeks before it fully goes away. This used to happen to me so much to the point they were going to put to rods on each side of my spine. But I got scared and backed out and started Tai Chi Chih, it helped re-align my spine and I never had that problem again! Once you get better try it. :) Here is a link to give more in depth details of a Herniated Disc and how to care for it. Testicle pain from pulled back muscle?

You may have an inguinal hernia. I have had one. When you recieve the initial injury it feels like a pulled groin/lower abdomen muscle, but what you don't realize is that you have re-opened your inguinal canal (the tubes where your nuts drop through when you are a developing fetus) and now you have a loop of intestines popping down into your sack. It usually starts quite small (I didn't even notice mine for a week or two) and gets bigger with time.

Good News? It is very common among physically active men and rarely a serious concern.
Not So Good News? It is VERY uncomfortable and gets worse feeling with time
Even Worse News? Only real treatment is surgery to correct it.
Not So Bad After All News? The surgery is really not a big deal. Recovery is pretty much a snap. Uncomfortable... sure, for a few weeks, but not unbearable, and way better than just letting it get worse. And no, they don't cut your nuts, they go in through your lower abdomen. Another plus - once they do the surgery, you can't get another one. They put a kevlar patch there (same **** that they put in bullet proof vests),

Anyhow, might be an I. Hernia, might not. If it continues to bother you, go to a doctor.
