Is it wrong that I don't talk about my problems?
Last night I was on the phone with my best friend and she was pouring out her problems to me because she always comes to me for help. So I listened to everything and then I told her what I thought and what I thought she should do. Giving advice just comes naturally to me. Then she was like you don't ever talk about your problems. Your always helping me but I can't help you because you don't let anyone know when somethings wrong. I don't like telling people my problems because they have there own problems they don't need to worry about mine. When I have a problem I just try to fix it myself. She told me that if I won't talk to anyone about it I should at least write in a diary. I told her I just keep everything bottled up in my head. She told me that wasn't good and one day I am going to snap. I don't know why I keep my problems bottled up. I just do. And I know it's not good for me but I really don't like talking about my problems. When I'm around my friends I don't let them see my problems. I act like everythings okay even though it really isn't. So is it bad that I don't talk about my problems? And what should I do about that?

I have trouble with socializing at work. I can’t tell when someone is joking with me or being serious. The humor in my environment doesn’t involve laughter so people will say the jokes with a serious expression on their face so therefore I will take it as they were being serious. Because of this, I become sensitive and easily offended. How can I learn the difference??

My subwoofers are not hitting hard enough whats the problem?
The problem is a gain set to high. If you say the subs are moving and still no sound is because the amplifier is clipping the audio signal. This occurs when the signal to be amplified exceeds the limits of the output amplified audio signal. To fix it do the following: 1. Turn the input level control on the amp to minimum. 2. Play a CD and turn up the receiver's volume control until you hear distortion on the speakers connected to the amp (this can happen even with low output). 3. When you begin to hear distortion, you have exceeded the maximum setting for the volume control on the receiver. Turn the volume down slightly until the distortion is eliminated. This is the highest clean signal available from the receiver. 4. Now you can turn up the input level on the amp. When you begin to hear distortion, turn the input level down slightly and that should be all. Looks like the 13 audio installers of the experiment were quite stupid.

You cannot turn back the hands of time. Act in haste, repent at leisure. Nobody's perfect. Life is a learning process; the day you stop learning is the day you die. What's done is done. Take me for who I am, warts and all. You can lie to others, but you can't lie to yourself. Do as you would be done by. Actions speak louder than words. After all, tomorrow is another day. Always be sincere, even if you don't mean it. Learn by your mistakes. All of these "sayings" can be used in everyday context of what you have written above, but you haven't really made it clear what you do want. I don't know whether you want answers to what you have written, in which case, many of the above "sayings" would suffice. You are, and can only ever be, who and what you are! If you don't like yourself, how can you expect others to? Personally, I've always said, "As long as I can get up in the morning, look in the mirror and be sure in myself that I would like me for a friend, then that's o.k." Honesty should always be the best policy, but, sometimes it's better to say nothing at all rather than lie - you only get found out in the long run and that can be more hurtful than hearing the truth to start with. If you do want to start reading up on quotations and proverbs etc., try getting "The Oxford Dictionary of Quotations and Proverbs"; you will find many "idioms" and "meaningful sentences" in there, many of which are very thought inspiring.
