Ufc Mma Fight Night 50 Predictions

Are Conor McGregor fights rigged?

I was really pondering about it.I’ve been watching UFC long since 2002. Back then, one could easily predict how fight’s gonna go. The game’s completely different now.In last couple years, UFC has made a huge leap with the help of Connor.UFC made more than 80 million (net profit) in UFC 205 itself. The Connor hype seems to be legit now. His next opponent, either Khabib, or Ferguson would sell more than ever.UFC is making more money than ever, as they have found Floyd of boxing, Jordan of Basketball, and perfect brand ambassador for this sport. Why would they want to see him fall? One might say, What about Nate? Why only few chosen players? You can’t go making deals with players like Khabib and Diaz brothers, as they might sign the contract for money- to loose, and later, at some point in their life- sing about it. One of many reasons, why he’s ducking Khabib.Aldo wouldn’t do it. But was so emotional going into the fight, got counter punched. Well! I’m not buying it.We all know how Dog of a fighter is Alvarez, as well as Mendes is, and, then, we saw how they succumbed inside the octagon like they’ve never been tested inside that cage. There’s no post fight interview of Alvarez after the fight. It was same for Mendes. Mendes later said, he was gassed out. Alvarez acts like he’s PTSD vet. We have seen Mendes go war with many fighters with full five round. There is something going on backstage that we don’t know about, and perhaps will never know. How do they make deals?Imagine someone having super confi private meeting with you before offering the fight, and is actually giving you 5 millions for loosing it. While you’re only getting few hundred with other opponents, and quarter of it if you loose. Why would you deny that offer? Oh wait! I’ve got fans, my belt, legacy..??Naaah!! Fock all of that. It’s a combat sport. Nobody’s gonna have long career in it. One reason why Cupcake Tate retired. Her division is stacked, and her another chance for that belt fight is as slim as Shogun return for belt. They both had us entertained for long. The fame is short, but not for 28 years old Irish man.We all thought Armstrong was legit until he got exposed. I’m waiting for this to be exposed someday, but, then, it won’t even matter. As I see him being next Don king very soon.Fights are always fixed in boxing with the use of judges. If the fights are fixed in UFC, they must be paying Connor’s opponents good sum of money, not the judges.

What’s your prediction for Darren Till vs Tyron Woodley at UFC 228?

Man, the first thing that struck across my mind when the both fighters faced off was, JEEZ, TILL IS HUGE.As you can see, Till not only looks much bigger, but he’s also much taller.Till, in my opinion weighs in at around 220/230 lbs at his normal weight. He then cuts down to 170.First off,Let’s not get anything mistaken, both these guys hit EXTREMELY HARD.That being said, if Woodley connects a right hook anywhere near your chin, you fall. Here’s him beating Robbie Lawler in record time to end up becoming the new UFC Welterweight Champion of the World.Let’s make no mistake, Till hits HARD too, but I just don’t think he hits as hard as Woodley. Also, Woodley’s got outstanding wrestling which could really trouble Till.Till’s a bigger guy too so it wouldn’t be a really problem for a specimen like Woodley to take him down.Just to get back, Does Till deserve a title shot?NOT A CHANCE.First off, Till didn’t make weight. It’s simple MMA rules, you don’t make weight, you don’t deserve a title fight.Second, Till was honest in his assessment after the Wonderboy fight admitting that he didn’t put his best performance and didn’t deserve a title fight. But the UFC decides Darren Till is too big of a resource in the UK market, especially after Michael Bisping called it a day.I’ll be honest now on the fight,I just don’t see Till beat Woodley. The fight will be similar to Woodley’s fight with Wonderboy, except Wonderboy had way more weapons.Till’s main weapon is his left hand and his left kick.Woodley solved the Wonderboy puzzle so I don’t think this will be a hard one for him to win. That being said, Till is only 25 years old and he has the world at his feet, he can only keep getting better.Besides, I’m DEFINITELY not ruling out a Till knockout because the boy does have immense power in his hands. So who I do think beats Tyron Woodley? This guy right here, the most hated man in the sport of MMA, Colby ‘Chaos’ Covington.Don’t get me wrong, in my opinion Woodley is one of the most complete mixed martial artist in the sport of MMA.He’s got amazing power, explosiveness, wrestling, takedown defence and so on.But,Colby’s pressure, pace and cardio is something Woodley would’ve never faced. The guy literally runs for 25 minutes in the octagon. Colby’s cardio is special. This fight would make for an awesome rivalry as both fighters seemingly hate each other.I really see this fight happen IF Tyron ends up beating Till.Cheers!

What is your prediction for Conor McGregor vs. Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205?

This is a risky fight for McGregor and the UFC. The general perception is that the company is hoping their cash cow pulls off the win so that he can defend the belt against Nate Diaz next year in a rubber match for the lightweight title.Rightful lightweight number one contender Khabib Nurmagomedov’s reaction to the fight announcement was to claim that the UFC has become a freak show. While it is not uncommon in the combat sports world for megastar world champions to move up a weight class and challenge the resident champion, it is hard to dismiss Nurmagomedov’s claim when you consider that this will be McGregor’s third fight outside of his division and still he has not been stripped of his title.Alvarez is tough, hits hard and is a far better wrestler than McGregor. He will be the experts’ favourite going into this bout. Another advantage he will enjoy over the Irishman is his size. McGregor could be a natural lightweight but that remains to be seen in the UFC. The SBG product utilized his major size and reach advantage to good effect at 145 but when he came up against the taller, heavier Diaz he struggled. McGregor will again have a reach advantage here but Alvarez seems to be the stronger, thicker opponent.McGregor is undoubtedly the classier, more disciplined striker. His boxing fundamentals, footwork, distance and timing are undoubtedly on another level to his opponent who is stiff and at times wild. McGregor’s laser beam left hand should be able to find Alvarez’s chin with regularity but he cannot afford to keep his hands down and chin up like he tends to do.Though McGregor’s BJJ is massively underrated it could be a long night for him if Alvarez is able to establish his superior wrestling game. He will undoubtedly look to follow the blueprint set out during his victory over Anthony Pettis.Prediction: Conor McGregor via TKOSource: https://www.attacktheback.com/uf...

TONIGHT! U.F.C.90 - Silva or Cote?

I think of all his opponents, Cote presents a particularly interesting problem for Silva. That problem is a result of Silva's mental state though. He has been talking retirement, and has been joking around a lot more before this fight than normal (even at the weighins). I really want to see Silva win, but i dont know if he is truly ready for this fight. Granted, on fight night, I am going to pick Silva to win. He has a 69% landing rate for his strkies, but Cote comes in at an also high 50%. I just dont think that Cote can hang with Silva if the fight goes to the ground, Silva is so good at throwing unorthodox strikes and submissions. If the fight stays standing, Cote has a great opportunity to win by one big punch, but Silva is incredibly elusive and precise ---if he is mentally invested in this particular fight!

Are traditional martial arts dead?

No, I don't think so. It's only the case that martial arts are a popular fad now, maybe because of UFC, so a lot of people who wouldn't notice them if they weren't a fad want to join the fun, but they don't have very much ability for them and can't see some people involved in them are frauds. There are good and bad kinds of anything you can name. There have always been frauds, and there always will be. When there's a surge of popularity of anything, it invites frauds to try to con people using whatever is popular now. There have been surges of popularity of martial arts. Mas Oyama made Karate popular a while in the 1950s, Bruce Lee did in with Wu Shu the 1970s, and now UFC is doing it. popularity will soon wane, as it did before, because most people are lazy and have no potential to learn martial arts very well. Then, the same kind of serious people will be practicing it like they have always done and not noticing fads. You should look at the best, not the worst, in this instance.
EDIT- What kind of Sensei plots with other people to threaten and harass a lady for any reason? A couple of years ago, I asked a question about stars of Chinese martial arts movies my friends own. An arrogant man didn't try to answer my question but handed me some Wikipedia-type reviews of such movies and said my friends Kyojin and Hiroshi had bad taste, but Kyojin owns websites about it. My insulted friends reported this man, so he got a violation. Then, he blamed me for his own folly, so he and a pal harassed and threatened me when I asked about stars of Japanese martial arts movies. I see my question about Chinese stars has been removed, so this man is surely responsible. That is conspiracy to deny my freedom of speech. I saw some messages today that told me this man has been saying I'm talking about him. How can I be doing that, when I can prove I didn't use a computer for 7 or 8 months, and I use it about once a month now? If he's telling lies about me, I have a right to tell the truth of the matter. The two men who harassed me were then called "Sensei Scandal" and "Katana 172 Version 3". Now, I see Sensei Scandal is "Daoshi". He should let well enough alone. As a Christian, I try to forgive and forget, but anyone must stop sins and crimes.
