Ugly Furniture Was I Wrong To Not Be Grateful

Is sexting considered cheating? I posted an ad on Craigslist for an unwanted furniture. This guy picked it up while I was home?

My husband was at work. He has my phone number and has been texting me ever since. The texts are becoming sexier and he wants to see me again?
We made an instant connection when we spoke and I'm very sexually attracted to him. Also he lives less than a mile away from us. Is this bad?.

Why is being ugly such a curse?

I'm callling BS on all the "you gotta think positive" and "it's only a curse if you let it be." Sometimes willpower just isn't enough. I've never had self-confidence. All my teenage years I spent obsessing over my body and my appearance. I had acne and I thought I was fat (I wasn't). I starved myself thinking if I was skinny boys would like me. Still didn't get any attention because I was so shy and awkward. I'm 19 now and starting to like the way I look. Hopefully this is something you'll grow out of but you may want to see a psychiatrist. You could be depressed or have BDD like someone else mentioned. I know how horrible it is to feel ugly, and know there is nothing you can do to change your appearance short of plastic surgery. It sucks big time. But eventually you will start seeing the good in your appearance. I did. I think being a teenager when you're not pretty, thin, and popular with a great home life is instant hell. Good luck, and please give yourself a chance to see the real you. <3

Why is breeding cats/dogs bad?

there needs to be a breeding moratorium for a couple of years, yes even for purebred animals from reputable breeders. there are between 8 and 12 million (with an M) companion animals killed in shelters every year. Not all animals in shelters are there because other people mistreated them. Quite the contrary. Many of the cats are there because some kid in the family "suddenly" became allergic. Read as..we are tired of it so we are getting rid of it. I have fostered 38 kittens this year. I got them when they were a couple of weeks or even days old. They have never been mistreated but their moms were left to breed and then something happened to her and she never comes back for them. We have puppies too. Some were born just hours after the mom was brought in on a transport from an overcrowded kill shelter. They have never been mistreated. In today's economy, probably half or more of the animals in shelters are there because people had to move for work or they lost their home or even because they can no longer afford to care for them. We have purebreds that were pampered pooches and adored kitties but their owners passed away. I work in a no kill shelter. We can not take in "known" aggressive dogs and cats because of the insurance liability risk. These animals are not someone else's mistakes in the way she means it. We have even had someone drop their cats off before because they got new furniture and the coloring of the cats did not match the new furniture??? these cats were 6 and 8 years old!! Nothing wrong with the animals in the shelter..but PLENTY wrong with a lot of people who dump them there.

Maybe your mom could volunteer at a shelter sometime so she knows the backgrounds and personalities of the animals she is taking care of. I guarantee you that after she works with them and gets to know them that she will have 1 or 2 she will absolutely adore and want to take home.
