Uk Border Agency And What Answers To Give

Is there any licenced agency name called( reliance travel agency limited) in u.k london?

Scam
NO UK Travel agencies are authorised to process visas or work permits. Travel agencies can ONLY book travel -flights, hotels, train tickets, cruises, etc
ANYONE asking you to contact a travel agency about a visa is scamming you
The ONLY agency processing UK visas is the British High Commission/Embassy in your country. This is done IN PERSON as you are required to be fingerprinted and photographed at the Embassy and turn in your passport, original contract and copy of the employer's Certificate of Sponsorship before any visa processing can even begin
If anyone has told you to do anything but schedule a visa appointment at your nearest British High Commission, Embassy or Consulate then you are the victim of a fake job scam and need to inform your local police

The REAL Reliance Travel is a company that hires coaches in the Gravesend area

They have NOTHING to do with visas for any reason
A single call or email will verify that a scammer is using their name and they have NOTHING to do with this scam or with visas

What is the process for an emergency UK Visa with a U.S. green card?

Priority service

Available at the UK Border Agency in Los Angeles or New York (those are the only two places in the United States that issue U.K. visa, going to the nearest U.K. Embassy/Consulate will not help). This service is only available to applicants based in the United States.

Priority service applications will be processed ahead of other visa applications. Under normal circumstances, priority service visa applications will be processed within 48 hours (not including weekends or public holidays) from the day the UK Border Agency in the USA receives it.

Cost: $150 USD for each visa application in addition to the regular visa fee ($112).

This service is available for all visa categories with the exception of Tier 1 (General) and settlement visa applications. A separate settlement priority service is listed below.

How to apply

You must complete steps 1 to 6 on the How to Apply page on this website before you pay for your priority service.
You must pay for the Priority service before you send your visa application to the UK Border Agency. You can pay for the Priority service using the Products and Services page on this website. You should print out and keep a copy of your receipt that confirms you have made your online payment for this service. You will not be able to apply for this service after you have mailed your documents to the UK Border Agency, it must be purchased before you submit your documents.
You should mail the documents given in step 6 on the How to Apply page of this website to the relevant UK Border Agency mailing address (see step 7 on the How to Apply page on this website). You must do this on the same day you purchase the priority service. You must write ‘Priority Service’ and your WorldBridge payment reference code on the outside of your visa application envelope. Please place your receipt on top of your application documents inside your envelope.

Alternately you can make use of accredited commercial visa agents who are able to apply for your visa in person within a day.

What are the top UK companies that sponsor employment visas?

Its not that simple. As of 29th of July 2016, there are a little more than 28,000 companies that CAN sponsor a Tier 2. However almost none of them WILL sponsor. The companies that have a legitimate vacancy will only sponsor a person if they feel he/she is exceptional AND is already in the country. If you are applying from outside the country, then your chances are almost zero. Of those 28K, there are some agencies who will sponsor you if you have a valid job offer from a UK company. These agencies will take a percentage of your salary in exchange. There will be some companies that will offer sponsorship for money. You will have to pay a large sum, and they will sponsor you and say you will get 6 months or more to get a real job and then you can continue your visa. However that is very risky as the chances of getting a job are very slim. The job has to be professional and paying at least 20–30K pounds per year. So dont think any job will do, only professional jobs pay that much.Hope this helps, good luck.

Is it safe to give a copy of my passport or send any similar info about me through internet ???

I gave out my passport number and tons of other sensitive information on the internet just yesterday.

Why did I do this ?

1. I was using the official UK Border Agency website: http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk. Official government sites will nearly always end in .gov or .gov.uk or .gov.au (or whatever country the government is from).

2. Every page that I submitted sensitive information on was using SSL. You can tell that a page is using SSL by the start of the URL (the address in the address bar of your browser) which will start with "https://" rather than "http://".

Is it safe ? No.

Nothing is ever completely "safe". The British government has had several cases recently where they "lost" the personal information of thousands of its own citizens by sending CDs through the mail or by leaving them unattended in cars that were broken in to. They should have improved their practices since then but you never can be sure. You need to evaluate the risk level of your actions and compare that with the convenience associated with the same action. If the risk is low or what you stand to gain is high then it is worth doing, even if it is not "safe".

Is it convenient and quick ? Yes.

I was willing to take the risk because it probably saved me a whole week that I would have spent waiting for forms to arrive in the post that I could fill in and send back by post. The postal system is probably not any safer than the internet in this regard and it is much slower.

As long as you verify that you are 1. using the official government website and 2. using SSL (https://) then the risk of someone unauthorised getting your information is very low.

If you are sending this information by email or if you are not sure about the authenticity of the website you are using then don't give them the information.

If this is a legitimate request that is not from a government then do it in person. I have needed to provide photocopies of my passport to employers (in particular my visa stamped in my passport) and to hotels in foreign countries when I am staying the night. In these cases, I provide the passport in person and I do not send anything through the internet.
