Uk Only What Is The Usual Procedure For A 2 And A Half Year Old Starting Nursery The Setttling

Pros and Cons of living in France as opposed to the United States?

I was watching Michael Moore's Sicko and was amazed about France. The way that the French take care of their people makes me want to pack my things and move there. But I know that it can't be all good.

Pros and Cons of living in France as opposed to the United States?

Why am I not losing weight with clenbuterol and T3? Previously on sertraline.?

There's not really enough information here to give us an idea of what the problem could be.

First off - are the Clenbuterol and T3 prescribed by a Dr? If you don't have a thyroid disorder I'm not quite definite what you'd want to take the T3 for as it won't have any effect other than disrupting natural thyroid function (possibility for trouble with weight)...If you DO have a thyroid disorder, then this will be why you're having trouble moving the weight and you should speak to your doctor about possibly increasing the dosage.

As for low carb, low fat eating? Not a good idea! Your body runs off of carbohydrates - you wouldn't expect to be able to drive your car without petrol, so why expect your body to work without carbs? Also remember that your body requires carbohydrates to process proteins - if you're not eating enough carbs then you're wasting the proteins. As for low fat? Again, another bad choice - fat controls hormone production/usage within the body and is a key component for the formation of testosterone - your bodies natural anabolic steroid. Less testosterone means more Oestrogen (a fat storing hormone). Increase your fat levels to a healthier amount and you should find it helps - the government recommends the following split: 10-15% calories from Protein, 50-55% from Carbs and 30% from fat. Ignore what you read online/in magazines, etc regarding the latest fat loss trends - the recommended levels are those that have been analysed repeatedly by the medical and fitness profession and been shown to be the most effective. If you're still having trouble losing weight, lower the fat content to 20% and up the carbs to make up for it. Make sure you're eating enough calories (under no circumstances go under 1,200 a day - a sensible amount for most women trying to lose weight will be around 1,800 depending on your current size / body fat composition)

As for exercise, you haven't mentioned what you're doing but the average adult should do: 5 x 30 minute light-moderate cardiovascular sessions per week and 2-3 x 60 minute resistance (weight) training sessions. This will keep body fat levels to a healthy amount whilst maintaining lean muscle mass (your fat burning furnace).

Finally - its possible that the antidepressants have had an effect, and may still be in your system, but I would say the effect they'd be having now will be minimal/non-existent.

Hope that helps!

Question About Slavery and the Civil War?

To Knowledge: The Civil War was clearly about slavery. The South secceeded from the Union because the north tried to say that no new states can have slaves and that slavery was bad. The South finally got fed up with the North's meddling in its affairs. Abolitionists like John Brown became terrorists and attacked trains with Southerners on them in Harper's Ferry.

As far as what incentive did a Southern soldier have, well, for one, he didn't want free blacks to compete with him for jobs. That is the most basic incentive anyone could have. When is the last time anyone who replied to my question quit his/her job to graciously give it someone else more needy?

None of your arguments make any sense. I still don't know what a northern white guy's incentive was during the Civil War.

How can I convince my husband not to move to Australia?

I agree with a few of the above answers, that it is ridiculous that he is going to upheave his life and family who don't want it, to a place 12,000 miles away, just because he went there for 3 weeks and liked it. You're right, that being on holiday is a TOTALLY different kettle of fish to actually having your life there. Tell him to grow up and just refuse to go. He can't force you, and has someone said above, he cannot take the children without your consent as they are UK citizens.
