How can I stop night sweats?

I am a 21 year old female and I have severe night sweats. It's not a constant thing though-sometimes I'm fine and then I go through a period of time where I wake up completely drenched everyday. I know for sure it isn't menopause, or any disease or infection since I've already had myself checked. My room is one of the coldest in the house. I have been tracking it and it does not appear correlated to my menstrual cycle either, so I am doubting it is due to hormonal changes. I am on anti-depressants, but like I said before, there is no particular pattern to the sweats and my medication has not recently changed. I thought that maybe low blood sugar could be a possibility, but I haven't had any changes in my eating habits either. I have been feeling a bit dizzy and nauseous, so this seems to be my best bet. But again, I have not had any changes in diet. I do not have sleep apnea. I never sweat to the point where I'm dripping even when I exercise. It only happens when I sleep. I have not been able to pinpoint times or conditions that may affect when I have night sweats or not. They just start and then last for months. I do not drink alcohol, smoke, or eat spicy foods. I'm sick and tired of waking up with sweat literally dripping off of me in clothes that are completely soaked through. Because of all the sweat, my pajamas, bed sheets, blankets, and even my mattress smells sour all the time despite frequent washings. I have tried Primrose oil and that did not change anything.

Why am i having NIGHT SWEATS?

I have just turned 21 years of age and a male. What can this be from. I have been having these for about the last month. I have never had this before. It doesnt matter if im covered or not. I can be uncovered with a fan by my bedside and the A/C on and still have this happen. Any information would help. Thanks

How do I get rid of my night sweats?

I get the night sweats really really badly. Every night. And it's not just a little either. It is completely soaking my t-shirt and sheets. I wake up and it's dripping all over. And it's not because I'm hot. I wake up absolutely freezing. This has been happening for at least a year and a half and I'm getting very very tired of it. I'm 25 so I don't know if it's early menopause or what. But any help or ideas are welcome.
