Uneducated Person Apply Nz Work Visa Application

A uneducated person can work in canada?

I recently just moved to Canada from the States about a year ago. Of course an uneducated person can work in Canada, but you won't get a very good job and it is very hard getting one in the first place. They always ask for this "Canadian Experience" when applying for jobs, which really gets on my nerves considering the fact that when coming here I had none of course. I will tell you that I am an educated person, with already my masters done, and it was very hard to get employed here. I always find that most people when coming here make the same mistake though, they come searching for a job for almost a year and don't find one, in the end taking a few courses at any place for continuing education to say they have studied in Canada. My advice to you is once coming here, don't waste anytime searching for a job and take a few courses. They don't take time, only a few weeks, hopefully you will find one in a few months time. Good luck :)

Is it possible to get a work visa in New Zealand for a person in India?

Great question. Can I get a work visa and a job sitting in India?Sir, this was possible maybe 10 years ago but in today’s times the situation is that it’s not easy to get a job in India while you are in India, and ditto in NZ. As you are aware education and skills are important for you no matter in which country you like to stay. However I can assure you that once you get an excellent degree in science or technology you will be able to break these barriers and get whatever you like.Quora is a fantastic site for you to get knowledge and new ideas, you will be much appreciated here.

How do I apply for a UK work visa without having any job offer?

Apart from the Ancestry Visa ( need a British grandparent plus Commonwealth citizenship to qualify ), the Tier 1 Investment visa is the only way I can think of, where it is possible to move to the UK for work purposes without first finding a job. However only rich people qualify for the Tier 1 Investment visa. To qualify you need to buy £2 million worth of UK government bonds or shares in UK companies. Tier 1 Investment Visa holders are free to live in the UK without needing to work or look for a job. But they can work or start a business if they want to.If like most people you don't have £2 million, you will have to apply for a Tier 2 Work visa. But to qualify for that visa you first need to find a graduate level job paying a minimum salary of £30000. £55000 if you are a Medical doctor. The only exception to the minimum salary rules are jobs fitting occupations on the government's “shortage occupation” list. The minimum salary for those shortage occupations on the list needs to be £22000. Eg. Nurse, Maths & Physics school teachers, IT Managers, Engineers. If you don't have a degree, you don’t qualify for a work visa unless the job fits one of those few occupations on the government's “shortage occupation” list not needing a degree, eg. Chef & Pipeline welder. The other way to qualify for a Tier 2 visa without a university degree would be to find a job in the UK, any job, with a salary above £159,600. Eg. Footballer, Investment banker, CEO, TV Presenter. If you are aged 18 to 30 it is also worth pointing out there is a Tier 5 Youth Mobility Work visa. With this visa you can move to the UK to look for any sort of job & work for up to 2 years, eg. A job in McDonald's or in a Supermarket. Any job at all. However to qualify for this visa you need to be a national of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Monaco, or British Overseas Territories ( eg. Falkland Islands, Bermuda, BVI ).The British Overseas Territories are :AnguillaBermudaBritish Indian Ocean TerritoryBritish Virgin IslandsCayman IslandsFalkland IslandsGibraltarMontserratPitcairn IslandsSt. HelenaSt Georgia & South Sandwich IslandsTurks and Caicos Islands

Is there a difference between being uneducated and being stupid?

Yep, a big difference. Being uneducated can be fixed by studying, either in school or on your own. But stupid...stupid is FOREVER, as Ron White says.

Can someone who is illiterate, unable to read and write, receive a DMV driver's license?

Can a person who is illiterate, unable ro read & write, receive a driver's license?
I was at DMV and noticed many people from foreign countries taking their DMV test & I know you cannot take the license test with assistance. I wondered how this works with our road signs being in English; if someone is able to simply read the unwritten road signs, is that enough? Which brought me to the question, how does someone who speaks English but cannot read & write receive a license? Or can they?

Can a spouse of a person who has work permit of Australia work there?

Unless you work illegally doing cash work - which is a possibility - you would need to get permission yourself to work in Australia. Normally this requires some kind of sponsorship arrangement however, if your spouse already has a working visa it might make you job of obtaining permission much easier. Best thing to do would be to email the embassy and ask them directly where you stand. With their direct input anything else is just speculation.

How are the possibilities of getting an uneducated job in New Zealand?

How are the possibilities of getting an uneducated job in New Zealand? As an immigrant, pretty good, immigrants tend to be hungrier and more hard working so do find jobs - but - we have plenty of uneducated people here already who we would like to find jobs for.I know lots of employers who cannot find anyone to do hard work here in New Zealand, if you are already here just walk the streets and pop into businesses and ask. Try labour intensive places like tyre repair shops, light industry and anything to do with agriculture. Hospitality and tourism is also always hiring. You will not be able get a visa to come here if you do not have a needed skill or an education. But once here jobs are available.

Why do people say "dat" instead of "that"?

Has anyone noticed that most of those who agree with me have big stupid glasses too? It's a typical sign of intelligence. Aren't they trendy? Sexy too. Except for Stephen. He has silly little glasses with blue tinted lenses. Didn't they go out with Duran Duran?....LMAO!

Can illiterate people be exused from taking the reading/writing part of the US citizenship test?

As noted, your father can get the English test waived if he has lived here at least 20 years after getting permanent residency. If part of his living experience was with a student or other visa and he acquired a green card later, then he would not meet the residency requirement, and he still has to take the citizenship test. Your mother does not qualify for any exemptions. If your parents want the benefits of US citizenship, including eligibility for government benefits, then they will need to learn to read. Even if they have little prior schooling and even if they are older, they can still learn to read. Your community almost certainly has free English classes for immigrants, and your parents won't be the only illiterate students. If your parents can take up the challenge of immigrating to the US and adapt to life in the US, they CAN learn to speak and read English IF they put their minds to it.
