Is eating fast food twice a week unhealthy?

It's perfectly fine to indulge in fast food once or twice a month, but if you continuously eat it twice every week your going to start having some major health problems. That doesn't mean you can't treat yourself to fast food once in a while though. You just have to eat it sparingly.

Is Chipotle once or twice a week healthy?

I eat Chipotle once or twice a week, and I'm wandering if this is very health? This is the only fast food place i eat, and i eat here so much cause their meats are hormone free and most of their veggies are organic, but anyway, i get a burrito bowl with:
-brown rice
-double black beans
-chicken
- 1 scoop of green salsa
-and a bunch of romaine lettuce
Is this healthy?

Very good question. :)I have been contemplating this very question when I created FAB-D Diet few months ago.Binge on junk food once a week or eating ‘some’ junk food everyday…??I asked this question to thousands of my subscriber and students in Fab Academe and the result was 60/40.60% people feel that they should categorize eating junk in a single day per day, preferably on weekends.40% people feel that they should eat small servings per day.Here are some responses:“Akash, I feel that eating junk is a habit. And if we let out once a week, preferably on a Saturday when going out with friends and family, it feels good. And the small guilt that accumulates allows me to get back on track the very next day.“I like to go with Option B [eating some junk everyday] as I know I have control and I am very disciplined. But what to do when cravings strike you? Its better to eat a small bar of chocolate rather than not allow yourself until Saturday or whichever day you have given yourself permission to eat that!”Here is my personal opinion:I like to go down the middle road on this one!FAB-D Diet has three variations based on how aggressively you want to lose weight, plus on your habits and lifestyle.70/30 FAB-D Diet means that 30% of calories can come from unhealthy food. So if you eat a 2000 caloric diet, 600 calories can come from your fav. unhealthy stuff like ice creams, alcohol etc.600 calories per day is a lot and you can still lose weight.In this article I have given two examples of people who lost a lot o weight eating only junk food.Hey, I am not suggesting you to eat junk; actually far from it.But from a coaching perspective, if you tell your clients to eat 5–8 units of fruits and vegetables everyday and completely give up his fav foods to lose weight, how long do you think he would be able to sustain himself on your strict diet?I guess you know the answer to that.So why not allow a high percentage of calories from junk based on a clients lifestyle and habits and then gradually taper the calories from junk from 30% to 20% and even 10% [ 80/20, 90/10].Here are exact calories counted FAB D DIET plans in this free course.

I'm trying to put myself back on a diet because since I started school I've always been eating junk food D: ( mostly potato chips, sometimes poptarts and candy ) .. anyways, uh. I am 18 i am skinny and i don't excerise that much. I drink ONLY water. I haven't had a soda or tea in about two months. I'm trying to eat better but sometimes after class if i'm in a rush or just hungry i want to eat mcdonalds or zaxbys or something but ONLY once or twice a month. Do you think it's okay if i do? I usually eat fast food twice a week and my health is great. The trick is to buy smaller sizes and to make sure that the rest of your meals that day are healthy.
