Should I upgrade my laptop (Dell Inspiron 3521 i3) with SSD and RAM or just buy a new one?

Hi there ,First of all you need to be clear about the purpose of the laptop usage. Well, in a laptop, you may have a chance to change RAM but Graphics card and processor cannot be upgrade unless you choose to your motherboard.
