Urgent older sister problem!?
im 16 years old and i have an older sister who has been a complete nightmare to me my entire life. she is extremely manipulative, selfish, and rude.she seems to never accept wrongdoing and always turn any argument against her directly back at me. Most of my life, i had a good relationship with her, she is 2 years older than me...I had a good relationship because i was caring and gave away my needs to please her, i was so naive, i was a doormat. she always calls other people things like 'selfish' and swears a tonne (even though when we swear she gets really angry), everybody in the family knows that she is jealous and selfish, controlling, and manipulative but nobody does anything. My mother favours her as well as well as my grandmother. They actually think that she is an intelligent girl even though she is a hopeless academic and always pretends that she knows what she is doing, which is rarely the case. she is a quitter and never sticks to anything and always makes excuses. she is impossible to argue with and makes me feel depressed when she tries to start an argument over the most minor things with her 'poisonous' language. Mind you, i have come to accept that it is next to impossible to actually win an argument with her. please help me deal with this ***** more effectively, it would be much appreciated.

As hard as it is I have to agree with that Jesus kid. T.V. stars, movie stars, porn stars, rock stars, and reality star,etc are treated as idols here in the U.S.A. They are placed on a pedestal and many will go out of their way and against good to emulate their "idol". When paris hilton got a lil dog everybody and their momma went and got one. Fashion is pushed by stars. All they have to say is they use it and it/the product flies off the shelf. This is what the bible says Jehovah god hates. If he hates it, then all christians should stay away from those things. (Psalm 11:5) Jehovah himself examines the righteous one as well as the wicked one, And anyone loving violence His soul certainly hates. (Galatians 5:19-21) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, and they are fornication, uncleanness, loose conduct, 20 idolatry, practice of spiritism, enmities, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, contentions, divisions, sects, 21 envies, drunken bouts, revelries, and things like these. As to these things I am forewarning YOU, the same way as I did forewarn YOU, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s kingdom.

I don't understand why you feel you didn't get the medical treatment as quickly as you should have. You were date raped and waited 18 weeks before deciding to have an abortion, why wait so long? You have to have known long before that time that you were pregnant. Why when you went to the hospital the night you were raped didn't you get a pill to prevent the pregnancy? You are mad because after 18 weeks you decide to abort and you think the Docs should do something right NOW, what about 18 weeks ago? The Docs would have done something a lot sooner but you waited so long and the Docs nor I can figure out why. Most women who are raped want something done ASAP, I know, I was raped and I would not have waited 18 weeks before getting something done about it. Now you are angry at them because they don't jump when you say jump. They would have gladly done something 18 weeks ago if you had let them or told them you wanted to abort but you chose to wait so why are you blaming the Docs when something could have been done 18 weeks ago.It just doesn't make sense to wait so long before getting the abortion.
Dorris lessing book questions urgent! the fifth child?
hey guys, well here's my dilema: im currently studying the book the fifth child by dorris lessing for my higher english course (o-levels for english people) , and i am needing a question to write my essay on the book about. the problem is i haven't read much of the book and i havnt got a question, so if u can post up suggestions for questions on the book etc, i would appreciate it very much, thanks. My son has a red and purple rash above his upper lip, and below his lower lip and covering his chin.?
Before ANYONE says "take him to a doctor" I DID. I freaked, thought it was an allergic reaction and couldn't get ahold of our pediatrician so I took him to urgent care. Urgent care NURSE PRACTITIONER said it may be the beginning of impetigo, but there was no crust. Our doctor called back after this and wanted to see my son, so I took him in. The doc thought it was a reaction to something he ate, berries?? I just want to see if there's anyone else out there with another idea. I think it is an allergic reaction to a food because 1- it was not there when i brushed his teeth 40 mins before, and 2- it is only in areas he would get messy with food. He had milk, captain cruch with crunch berries in it and a banana. NO trouble breathing, lymph nodes a tad swollen, but he had just gotten over a cold. Our dr gave him benadryl and its gone down some, this is the SECOND time he's had an allergic reaction ( if that is what this is), but the first time was straight hives around his mouth and up the side of his face. This is strange, there were a few upraised smaller bumps on his top lip, but below his bottom lip and on his chin looks strange, like peticuli??? you know, when a kid skins their knee. . beside the scrape there can be red or purple dots, kind of a half scrape-bruise thing. He has not ran into anything to cause an abrasion, though. If this was anywhere else, like on his arm, I'd say he had an actual injury. but its ONLY where say milk would drip down if a 4 year old was feeding himself cereal. it is not the clown ring from lip licking. has anyone ever came across an allergic Reaction like this??/ I never have, so I'm skeptical. . . could this be something more serious?? vitals, temp, and breathing were all awesome. Has anyone ever seen impetigo like this?? And should I get an allergy test for him?? I Guess maybe I'm overreacting because its very disturbing to me that I don't know WHAT is causing this. . .the doctors don't seem too concerned. . . . I probably sound like a nut job, but I really am not a hypochondriac, we're not at the dr. every week or anything. . . I just started looking up rashes online to find one that is like my son's, and Kawasaki's disease and meningitis showed up in the search. . . . I am probably psyching myself out, but I just want to know if anyone else has come across this before, REASSURE ME THAT this is totally benign!!!!
