Plaque is from 1989. COA from the now defunct Video Catalog Channel (similar to QVC). The plaque measures 18" x 28" and has a wood veneer finish. Plaque has name plate, 1989 emblems, picture of Rose sliding, and autographed first base with "Pete Rose" and "4256". The base is made by Rawlings. Plaque has sticker stating "Official license MLB".
