Verizon Prepaid $50 Unlimited Plan For Smartphone Advice

How do you tell if a verizon phone is a prepaid phone?

No, the phones look the same but there is a difference in the service. Any contract phone can be used on a prepaid line so if you have an old verizon phone you want to activate on a prepaid plan, you can. Pre paid phones, on the other hand, can't be activated on a post pay account until after being used as a prepay for @ least 6 months. The main difference is the cost. There are 4 plans for prepaid phones ranging from .99 a day to 3.99 per day. All of the plans (except for the 3.99 a day plan) have a cost for the minutes ranging from .05 to .10 a min or a text. The $3.99 plan gives you unlimited minutes and text for .01 each..You only get charged on the days you use it, but think about it, even with the unlimited plan, @ 4.00 a day, that's roughly $120 a month...more than the regular unlimited plan

Is it possible to get an unlimited everything cellphone plan for $350 a year?

To get a truly unlimited plan, no, unless you’ve got some insider employee discounted plan, or one of the really old cell phone plans no longer being offered. There are many people out there still on them and keeping them for dear life as they’re fantastic. Sometimes, you even see them being offered for sale on websites, ebay, kijiji, craigslist and so forth fro anywhere from $150–1500 (seen this myself several times over the years). But these days there are a few ways to get something close to $30, but a little higher. If you have a group of trust-worthy friends, relatives or family, you can do this via T-Mobile for $160/mth for 4 lines, thus only $40/mth.Checkout the below urls and always shop around to compare. But keep this in mind. Unlimited data is pointless if you never use it, or you don’t use much data at all. Thus 1GB, 2GB, or even 5GB of monthly data is considered unlimited to someone who can easily get by with less than 1GB of data, so you really need to understand just how much data you use, and how much data you really need. Just having unlimited data for constantly streaming videos or watching tv is really pointless and a waste of time, unless that’s your only source of entertainment.I knew a trucker that spends 3 weeks of every month driving up and down along the western coast of The USA, from Mexico to Canada, then takes 1 week off at home. For him, I understood his 70–90GB of monthly data usage as his cell phone, and Verizon plan is everything to him, with unlimited roaming in all three countries. But for someone who uses 500MB-1GB of monthly data, texts about 300 times in an entire month, and uses around 400 minutes of airtime, having a $90 plan is a waste, in my opinion, but hey, it’s their money.Cell Phone Plans | Family Plans | Compare Cell Phone Plans | T-MobileUS Mobile Cell Phone Plans - NerdWalletBest Cellphone Plans 2018Here's A List Of 30 Cheap Cell Phone Plans To Help You Lower Your Phone BillThe Best Cheap Cell Phone Plans You've Never Heard OfBest cell phone plans and deals right nowDon’t listen to the guy at the mall. What does the prepaid $30 Verizon refill card come with?

I usually get the $50 card but this time I got the $30 refill card but it doesn't say what it comes with? Does it come with unlimited call/text/web or is it limited? Any help is appreciated. Also does this expire in 30 days like the $50 card? Thanks.

How much do you pay for your smartphone per month?

iPhone 5 on Verizon:

$100/month.

Per month I get:

2GB of Data
Unlimited Talk and Text

It's a ripoff. I only need 400 minutes and 1,000 text messages per month. I wish it was closer to $60, but I have no other choice.

How do you buy a smartphone?

If u want to buy a smartphone u have to do some homework bcz there are so many brands and in every price range there are a few smartphones whom u can consider.Select a price range and check all the phones in that range, u can do that on e-shopping apps like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal etc. U might find some good phones and think of buying them. But before u buy any see the ratings and reviews of all if them. Buy only those phones who have good rating like 4+. Now go to review section and read some of the reviews, go through some 5 stars, 3 stars and 1 stars. U might find some reviews saying the piece was defective it can be ignored bcz such pieces are replaced too.Check whether the brand has a service centre in your region. U can serch it on web. In some reviews u will find (specially for chinese phones) that service centre took months to repair my phone. If that is the case u might want to stay away from that brand cz even if the phone is great, if something happens to it trust me, u dont want to wait 2–3 months for it to repair. It doesnt really matter from where u are buying the phone online or market. Online shopping websites have secreased their return policy from 30 days to 10 days so it is really incovenient as sometimes phone becomes unfunctionable after 10 dats and u do anything they will not return it.So buy ur phone only after keeping all this in mind then u can expect ur phone to work for some time like 2 yrs or more.

How do AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint compare across voice quality, data speeds, and service coverage within the San Francisco Bay Area?

AT&T is horrendously unreliable and provides terrible and worsening call quality across the country, but particularly in San Francisco and in Manhattan.  I, like most AT&T customers I know, have completely given up on using my mobile phone as a telephone via AT&T, and instead use the Skype app over local wi-fi networks whenever I have to make a voice call. The AT&T data service is almost as abysmal; it's significantly slower than the data service my friends enjoy on the other carriers.  AT&T's customer service is also comically inept.I strongly advise you to avoid messing with AT&T, especially if you live or make frequent visits to SF or NYC.

How much would it cost me to get my own cell phone plan?

Forget Verizon go T Mobile if you want a contract with them and you have no credit the deposit is going to be like $200 (you only get a $400 deposit if you screw up your credit bad(either way you get all that back after 12 months of good payment history)) you can get a free phone or the HTC one s is only $50 and you'll get a $50 mail-in-rebate. that's going to give you a monthly cost of about $79.99 for unlimited talk text and 2Gb of wed with no overage fees (unlimited) or you can go monthly 4G and you could buy a nice used phone off of ebay $149-ish and only pay 50 for unlimited talk text and web and no early termination fee or find a friend and get on his/hers plan because its like $80 for one line unlimited, $140 for 2 or $70 each, and $190 for 3 or $63 each

in my professional opinion Go with T-mobile i see people calling up all the time from Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint even those little pay-as-you-go phones call up wanting to save money because they pay too much with the other ones in the Big 4. Plus T-mobile has the largest nation wide 4G (the Verizon ad showed the LTE 4G and it was true that we had 0 LTE towers but we just got some LTE towers T-Mobile has HSPA+ 4G and we cover 96% of america all major markets that only leaves 4% of mountainous areas and small small towns and we cover many of those too)

in review
3 options with T-Mobile
1 Pay deposit get HTC one s for free
2 Buy phone on EBay and get Our Monthly4G plan
3 Get on with friend and save

i know that it is not the answer to the question of verizon but T-mob is a better deal for you
