Will Nordstrom accept my return on shoes I used once?
They gave me blisters and the sole is made of some synthetic material, which smell is overwhelming. You can easily tell I used them once because of the dirty sole. I'm really unhappy with these shoes. The return policy is very vague. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
Can you return an Item you bought at one wal mart to another wal mart location?
I bought a shirt at wal-mart that I want to return (looked great in the store, not so much with the pants I was planning to wear it with). I had wanted to get a refund, but If I exchanged the shirt I'd be willing to do so for a different shirt, etc. in the store. The thing is, I bought the shirt at a wal-mart that's in the same state (TN), but not in the same city I live in. There is a wal-mart in my city, can I return the shirt there or do I have to take it back to the Wal-Mart location I bought it from?
How can i be happy despite having an unhappy marriage?
Soory I would give more details but its one of those situations where I would be going on and on about thousands of issues and still no one would understand how we got where we are. But if it will help here goes a few in a nutshell. He doesn't appreciate me, we don't agree on anything, he says things that are just mean, he blames me for everything wrong in our marriage, he won't talk through our problems with me because we can't seem to talk to each other at all without the situation becoming hostile, i'm pregnant and he says he doesn't want to have sex because of that but i don't think that is the real reason....... there are others but I don't think these little details are going to help much.
I sold a car as is on Craigslist and person is unhappy with the car and wants her money back. Help?
I already know the answer to this question, I just want some reassurance. Last week, I posted my Pontiac Grand Am 2001 on Craigslist for $2,200. Many people were interested, but especially one obsessed woman in particular. There were two other people ready to buy for 2,100 after having thoroughly inspected the car but this woman begged me over the phone to hold it for her. I ended up losing my title and the woman saw it as an excuse and asked me to sell it to her anyway without a title. Crazy right? I said no until I find the title that was lost somewhere in my house. She calls me the next day saying she'll pay the 125 dollar fee for replacing the title. I said, well okay if you're sure. Being a good person, I hold onto it for her. When she gets here, she gets on with her 13 year old daughter. I wrote an essay explaining everything I know about the car, I was sincere and not trying to rip anyone off. I listed the things wrong. Anyway, she takes the wheel, drives to a very far away and secluded and dangerous area in the city to meet with a mechanic friend she knows. This was in broad daylight. She had the chance to inspect it fully. The mechanic said the car is sound and good. Her mechanic friend, not mine. We drive to the bank so we can transfer the money. She pays me 2,000 and promises to give me the hundred this past Friday when I visit her at her job. I said, why not, you sound like a sincere person (big mistake.) She asks me if I'm sure it won't break down, I said obviously not. We drove for 2 hours and it did nothing. We got the title transferred and everything was good. She texts me later that day saying thank you and she feels blessed. I text her Thursday asking about the hundred and she starts complaining about problems with the car and how she wants her money back. I'm just a broke college student. I m unhappy with the man I cheated with?
I left an 8 year marriage with two small kids to be with a man that I thought I was certainly in love with. I cheated and lied for 6 months before leaving my husband to be with this man. when it happened a lost a lot of people in my life due to lies but didn t care because I was so sure I had found my soulmate. my new boyfrieND is 36 with two kids himself, however, they are much older than mine. He has a 20 year old daughter while mine are 3 and 6. Now I find myself so far over my head. I find that trying to get to know my bf beyond physical contact has been difficult and not the life changing experience I thought it would be. Also his 20 year old daughter doesn t like me and it been so stressful trying to play the dominant female in the household with a 20 year old that wants me out. It s been 6 months since I left my ex husband and I find d myself wondering what the hell was I thinking. What was going on in my mind that made me think that this life would be better than what I had. My ex now has a beautiful girlfriend who really intimidates me. He also does that talk to me or return my texts unless it s something about our kids. his new girlfriend also has kids but hers are more our kids age and they seem to be blending well.
