(18+) visual novels in english for girls?
There are a number of visual novels in English for female audiences - the best starting list is at http://www.otomegames.com/ However there are NONE that are full 18+ No Japanese company thinks there are enough paying customers to license one for the English market, no indie developer dares do anything with porn, and the fan translation community is male-dominated and not interested in doing games for girls. Aoi Shiro has a little bit of almost-nudity, but it's entirely girl/girl which may not be what you're after. The best way to get more games for girls is to buy them legally so that more companies think it's worthwhile to invest.

Free Date Simulation OR Visual Novel games FOR GIRLS?
