Is Going to the Bathroom every 2 hours Normal?

i'm the same way.
i just kind of ignore it and try to hold it as long as i can. its a bother to me at night though.
but if i were you i wouldn't get your bladder stretched.
its a surgical procedure. my friends bladder wouldnt grow when she was younger so they had to stretch hers twice a year until she was like 6.
and she has a lot of scar tissue "down there" and because of that shes embarrased to wear a swimsuit

Waking up frequently at night to go to the bathroom?

The medical term is "nocturia", peeing at night.

The tv ad was talking about BPH, benign prostatic hypertrophy, which is a condition where your prostate gland enlarges. This pinches off your urethra, so when you pee you can't empty your bladder all the way. You end up having to pee frequent, small amounts.

If your problem occurs only at night, though, I doubt BPH is the problem because BPH will cause you to pee often all day too.

Usually, when people have to urinate excessively at night, it's because they're retaining fluid during the day. When you lie down, that extra fluid in your legs gets back up into your system and you pee it out.

Either way, you should see a doctor about this because going to the bathroom 3-4 times a night is too much.

Puppy wakes up every hour...what to do?

So my puppy (8 weeks old just got her two days ago, parents have great temperament ) sleeps in a crate (adult size) in my room. She feels comfort seeing me. She won't relieve herself in there which is a great thing but heres the problem. My puppy wakes up every single hour. Its 3 am...put her to bed around 11:30pm and she already woke up 6 times and i took her outside to relieve herself 6 times! The thing is she will start to cry and when we go outside she sometimes (others thankfully she peepees) she won't go to the bathroom! she just plops down and rolls in the grass or makes it into a big bed. I'll stay out there forever just telling her to go potty (not encouraging her or playing with her,...before or after she eliminates). She won't go and it makes me very upset! Oh, she's a german shepherd and extremely intelligent (she already knows the command, come here!) so do you think she might be doing it to get in play time? Or maybe there are other reasons she's awake? We feed her last meal at 7pm and feed her about 6am in the morning, so could she be hungry? We also take up her water by 7:30/8pm so she won't have to go as much....lol that didn't seem to make a difference! I don't know what to do and its very hard because i'm only a student so i have to be up and get on with my day and i can't do that if i'm up all night! I really wouldn't mind if she had one midnight potty break but its EVERY SINGLE HOUR. Please help!!! :)

Why am i going to toilet every hour?

It could be due to a change in your losing weight and that you have pre diabetic condition for now. Once you get lower weight to what you need in this then you should not be prediabetic anymore. My brother in law was told he was pre diabetic and changed that by his loosing weight and becoming thin. His dr. told him he no longer was pre diabetic then. It is something that has to be a lifestyle though or the risk returns when the weight does. Best to stay on top and ahead of it.

I would also not worry about the peeing unless it continues for a week or so. It could initially be just that the body is adjusting to working out.

Nearly 31 weeks pregnant and been waking up every hour all through the night with a full bladder?

Its just all the room the baby is taking up! Its so annoying though. I almost want to get a chamber pot so I don't need to stumble so far in the dark to go to the bathroom.
But I find that it helps not to drink a bunch of liquids an hour or two before bed, and before I go to bed I make myself pee. Even if it isn't much, it helps. Then I can usually go a good 6 hours without having to wake up. But I'm only 23 weeks, so I imagine that number will keep getting smaller.

Why do I pee every hour?

There are many possible reasons why you urinate hourly. You might be drinking more than is necessary to stay hydrated, you might have Diabetes mellitus or Diabetes insipidus, or an Overactive bladder. Or, you could be pregnant.I suggest that you evaluate your fluid intake: are you drinking when you are thirsty, or are you forcing XX amount of water down your throat every day because someone told you it’s the only healthy way to live? If you are drinking more than you are thirsty for, stop doing that. Drink when you are thirsty, and don’t drink when you’re not, no need to see a doctor. If you are drinking abnormally large amounts because you are abnormally thirsty, you should see a doctor. Diabetes, overactive bladder, and pregnancy don’t go away on their own, and tend to force major lifestyle changes.
