Does Herbalife really work for weight loss?

I have been taking Herbalife products for almost 7 months on a daily basis. Yes, there was weightloss though not much of what was boasted about the products and results shown to me. The first thing that I was advised from Herbalife executives was to intake lots of water. Every 10kg needs 1 liter water is what they said. This makes for too much water intake in a day.After a period of consuming Herbalife i did lose weight but the real fact is, it is not affordable. Also drinking 12-14 liters of water is too much work for your kidneys. Its been 2 years since i stopped with Herbalife. I haven't faced any side effects till now. Hope it doesn't really do anything! I prefer working out in a gym and following a proper diet because you know you are safe and you really don't have to worry about side effects if you opt for exercises. I have lost more kgs after joining a gym and following a good diet. Fitness gives joy...Good luck..

Can you mix Herbalife shakes with whey protein to lose weight?

Yes! There IS protein in the shakes already PLUS the extra scoop or two of the Herbalife protein that you add in anyway. The protein is soy protein except for the rebuild formula one , which contains whey protein in it. Just because the shakes have / add protein in it does not mean you will not lose weight… that’s like saying you’re going to not eat the proper nutrients , minerals , vitamins, food groups because you want to get skinny.. everyone needs protein in their diet along with all the other nutrients Herbalife shakes provide . The protein is supposed to help you tone your body into muscle but deplete the fat. That’s if you’re exercising with it; otherwise any extra protein will turn into fat if you just let it sit in your body. I lost over 50 pounds with Herbalife so yes, it is possible.

I wanna lose weight, should I exercise one hour everyday like aerobics?

I am doing dancing aerobic everyday, can you advice me is it good to do it everyday monday to friday one hour each day?

I wanna modify my calorie in take but should i really strict on white rice? i am a filipino and every meal white rice is always present.

I am using herbalife to lose weight now. So, if i drink three times a day of herbalife, can i lose weight?

Only with diet and exercise. There is no magic pill or drink. Eat less (especially less carbs, junk food, and sugary drinks), eat more lean protein, and get plenty of exercise. Strength training combined with cardio is the best.

How can i lose weight!?!?!?!?!?

im 5'4 169 pounds and i wanna be at least 120 pounds but i dont know how to do it , ive been on herbalife for only a week and this weekend i cheated and gained it all back, is it my fault or is it just because herbalife wont work anyways? and if it is then i dont know how to lose weight because im hungry all the time how do i control my hunger? also i have low vitamin d so when i do any diet for some reason i feel so weak, also i know eating breakfast is a BIG part of losing weight but i just dont have the time because of school i wake up super early and dont have time to make it and even if i did i cant eat in the morning because im not hungry that early and if i eat or even drink water i feel like puking , food grosses me out when its like 7 in the morning idk why , but anywaysi just dont know what im gonna do. and i dont want to lose weight the super slow way like in 2 years i want it to be like 6 months at least because im impatient, i want to lose weight quickly but healthy, the only good thing is that even though im 169 pounds i dont look that big because my fat doesnt go to one spot in my body it goes everywhere but i wanna be smaller,also is 30 mins cardio every day in eleptical machine enough to lose a good amount? sorry this is so long please help :( no rude comments please, thanks!

Im taking herbalife and dont see any changes?

Are you taking it with water? I had a friend who was using 2% milk and realized that is why it wasnt working. I tried Herbal Life last year. It didnt work for me. I was always starving. I have lost 3 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks so far. I stopped drinking soda and started dirinking water.I made a journal to note what I ate all day and calculate the calories. I try not to go over 1300. I also replaced junk food snacks with fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, granola bars,and low fat yogurts. Meals, I eat fiber cerals for breakfast or egg whites and 1 wheat toast. Lunch will be salads, fat free soups, Subway, or tuna salad with low fat mayo. Dinner is hard. I have a husband and 3 kids, in fact I have a daughter your age. I love to cook so I usually make them tacos, enchiladas, ribs, yes, all that fattening stuff. I try to avoid ribs and really greasy food but for tacos, I made them with extra lean ground beef and taco shells instead of flour tortillas. I fill them up with more lettuce and tomatoe than the meat though. It takes time but I plan out my own menu apart from my family's. I eat alot of baked chicken though. Start by replacing snacks, drink more water and avoid sodas. Also balance it out with exercise. You can lose weight by eating right but you will look better and feel better with the right exercise. I joined a gym and notice alot of high school kids go too. You should check out your area. Cardio will help you lose weight but weight training will help you tone and bulk up muscle. So, I started the herbalife plan, and I lost 2.6 pounds in 5 days. it seems to be working, but I would like to know how much weight can I lose in 3 months and what else should I do?? I'm also working out for 1 hour everyday. Thank u!!
