I want a tattoo of roses going up my side from my hip to my shoulder. Approx. how much would that cost?
Im looking for some input from tattoo artists, or people who have had a lot of tattoos done. This will be my first tattoo. I want a thorned vine of roses going up my side from my hip, and winding around to my shoulder blade. Im hoping to do this in March, during Spring Break. Now since this is such a detailed tattoo, i know it will be pricey. I was hoping to get some estimates from tattoo artists and anyone whose had anything similar done.

well of course any tattoo is gonna hurt and if its your first one it will hurt more but on shoulder blade has a lot of muscle so its the perfect spot for your first tattoo. my first tattoo was on my left shoulder blade

I already have a tattoo on my side in recognition of my dad who died while out deployed when I was about 10. On a scale, I would say it hurt about an 8 or 9. I want to get a tribal cross over my left shoulder blade. I relatively have a high pain tolerance, but based on your experience, how bad would you think it would hurt? And how bad would you think the pain relate to my side tattoo? Also, do you think that my left shoulder blade is a masculine place to get it? Or should I get it some where else? I want it in a place where I can cover it with a shirt. Thanks.

Ive got this Japanese freedom symbol on the back of my shoulder...i want to add to it...make it wrap around my entire shoulder and i lil on my shoulder blade. i was going to do this sick dragon bc it would tie into the japanese theme but then my friend showed up with that EXACT idea and i dont want her to be able to play the "omg you copied me" BS. any other ideas?????? yes i am a girl but i am NOT into the super girly tattoos BUT i dont want it to be freakn scary lol HELP!!
How painful would it be to get a shoulder blade tattoo?
I want to get a tattoo, but I'm worried about how much it will hurt. I want a small electric blue and black butterfly on my shoulder blade. I've looked up charts showing the most and least painful places to get a tattoo, and some say the shoulder blade isn't painful while some say it is. Can someone clarify for me? Maybe someone with experience?
