How many Alcoholic drinks can you have while taking Tylenol Extra Strength Painkiller?

ZERO
If you average 2 drinks or more a day you should never take Tylenol in any form

Source many years in health care

I drink 1 to 3 glasses of wine a night, is that bad or good?

Depends on how many a week, and on how large are the glasses, and how strong the wine! And on whether your drink any other alcohol at all.You should have at least two consecutive zero alcohol days each week. That gives your liver a chance to repair itself. Longer breaks in a drinking pattern are also a good idea. Giving up for January after the new year excesses is fairly common. Two 140cl. glasses might be three units, times seven is 21. That's well over the UK government safe guideline of 14 maximum. If they are large glasses of strong 14% wine it is well over 21. Five days a week would be 15-ish.If you cannot go dry for two days each week or for a month, you need to look hard at whether you might be addicted —an alcoholic. (Somebody once accused me of being a coffee addict. I gave up drinking coffee for a month to prove to him and to myself that I wasn't. )On the plus side, regular drinking is safer than frequent binge drinking, just as long as your intake is not gradually creeping upwards.

What exactly is "hard alcohol"? How do you know if a drink is hard alcohol?

I would not consider champagne hard alcohol. I think of "hard alcohol" as any shot of liquor or a liquor combined with one part of a mixer (rum and coke).

I don't consider wine, beer, champagne, coolers or multiple mixed drinks (margaritas) to be hard alcohol. If you find yourself sipping on a bottle of vodka, without mixing it, you probably are a hard alcohol drinker. That's just my opinion.

Drinking wine and prozac?

Ok in light moderation See beow

Can I Drink Alcohol on Prozac?
Sometimes people are warned to avoid alcohol while taking Prozac® (fluoxetine hydrochloride). This is because alcohol and medicines like Prozac act upon similar chemicals in the brain. The concern is that Prozac will increase the effects of alcohol -- whether this means increasing symptoms of depression or affecting motor skills.

When many healthcare providers are asked whether or not it is okay to drink alcohol while on Prozac, they recommend that people choosing to drink should only drink light to moderate amounts -- and should also wait until they understand the effects that Prozac and other medicines they are taking may have on their body.

Alcohol and Prozac: What Is Moderate Drinking?
When healthcare providers recommend moderate alcohol drinking, they mean one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men. Because the alcohol content in drinks varies, what counts as one drink also varies. When healthcare providers talk about one alcoholic drink, they are referring to one of the following examples:

12 ounces of beer
5 ounces of wine
1 ounces of 80-proof whiskey, or 1 ounce of 100-proof spirits.

Using Caution With Alcohol and Prozac
If a person decides to drink alcohol in moderation while on Prozac, it is recommended that they do not drink alcohol at the same time that they take their medication. Also, people should learn the effects of Prozac on their body before they begin drinking. Prozac may affect some people's ability to perform certain functions, such as driving a car or operating machinery.

What are some fruity drinks like mikes hard lemonade?

lol whilst i became in my childrens.. basically some years in the past, we does no longer waste our funds on issues like Mikes no longer undemanding lemonade, and Smirnoff.. we'd get keystone mild beer, and a few Jack Daniels and actual have a exciting time! you may no longer get childrens to end consuming or smoking, no count what's banned. Wine and beer are way too undemanding to make at living house, and if childrens actual need to smoke, then can use parsley. provide it up.. I comprehend that babies want to interrupt the guidelines because of the fact they think of its cool.. and in my view i myself do no longer care what they do as long as no person gets harm. As a teenager I made specific by no means to place myself right into a situation the place i could get harm, and that i in simple terms wish all childrens took that precaution.

What do alcoholic drinks, like whisky, wine, and beer, taste like?

Vodka is 60% water and 40% alcohol.  It tastes like water with a burning, unpleasant, mildly bitter flavor due to the alcohol.  If you dilute it to 10% alcohol, the burning goes away, but it's still slightly unpleasant and bitter.Whisky has about same strength of alcohol as vodka, but it's got a lot of natural chemicals that contribute a lot to it's taste and smell.  It's strongly bitter with a strong chemical taste, and it burns like vodka.Beer has much less alcohol, roughly 5%.  It's bitter, sometimes sour, very unpleasant.  It's likely to make you sick the first time you drink it.Wine has more alcohol, about 10% to 15%.  It's bitter, sometimes sour, slightly sweet, unpleasant.Yes, they all taste bad, at first at least.  So why do people drink them?  You could ask the same question about tea or coffee, or cola flavored soft drinks.  They're all unpleasant at first.  Flavors grow on people.  Drink  anything enough, and you'll get to like it.  Not only that, but you'll begin to think it's really good and distinguish between stuff that's really tasty and other stuff that's just passable.  Another reason that people drink the alcoholic beverages is for the alcohol, but that goes without saying.

What to expect the first time drinking alcohol?

Ehhhh, most likely everyone will be drinking pussy drinks like the fruity stuff only 8% alcohol just check the bottle usually they will have the alcohol content on the front the most is 45% and thats like Barcardi or some type of whiskey. Start with tequila/Margaritas and if something is too bitter or strong down that **** with hella sprite. Sprite makes all alcohol taste bearable. The higher up the alcohol content the more bitter or strong it gets you might want a chaser if you're going to go with the hard stuff. A chaser is something you wash down with the strong alcohol or ones that taste bad. But like I said if it's just and 18th birthday party it's all going to be pussy fruity drinks.

How much alcohol does it take for you to get drunk?
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

For someone about 150 pounds, two drinks in two hours would probably make you legally drunk (.08 blood alcohol level). It doesn't take much alcohol at all to make you legally drunk, and alcohol stays in your system for hours before it is all gone.

Hard liquor vs. wine...?

I agree with you and it is not in your head. There wouldn't be much of a difference in your Blood Alcohol Content if you were drinking the alcoholic equivalence. Also, drinking the wine faster could be the reason but if that's not the case then:

But my thoughts are just that wine gives you a different "type" of drunk than hard liquor, just like beer gives you a different drunk, and even different liquors give different drunks (e.g. tequila is more likely to make you angry, etc). This varies from person to person but different alcohols definitely effect people different, hence people who say "I stay away from whiskey because it makes me sad" etc. Wine is known to make you warmer and gives some rosy cheeks. It also makes you happier and increases your chattiness. Liquor is much more unpredictable and based on moods. I have had many conversations with friends about how two glasses or red wine make us so much more drunk feeling than two shots. The type of drunk wine gives you is unique and you definitely feel the effects. I also think it hits me faster than liquor.

What has more sugar, wine or hard alcohol?

There is no answer to this. It depends entirely on the brand. A lot of wines have zero sugar and a lot of varying amounts of sugar. Same with hard alcohol. Generally (very generally) the more expensive the product, the less sugar it will have. Flavored vodkas will generally have a good bit of sugar. Wines are really hard to pin down. There are a lot more wines on the market that have residual sugar in them. Whether or not either product has sugar in it is ENTIRELY a production choice and has nothing to do with the type of product.Sorry. I realize this is not very helpful but the important thing is that you understand all the complications. The best course is to learn as much as you can about the specific products you like.
