What should I do to become fat within a month?

I'm 21 and I'm 45 kgs right now . since past 3 years tried many diet plans which are way more healthy , though im only able to keepmy  weight constant . the fact is , my genes are kind of repressive on me. so it's very hard for myself to built much weight and more over , im nt a muscle man fan . who's eagarly waiting to built muscles etc . if you think you're fine with your genetics and you can achieve your desired goals or plans please go ahead . Here is the diet  . Morning Bananas , eggs ( boiled ) and milk . after one hour . finish off with roti or brown bread with butter etc . have a smootie by 11 or 11 30 . Afternoon Rice with lentins  and mixed with  beans and soyas . ( separate curry )have carrots and cucumbers as in your lunch . Snack . Sugarcane juice , coconut juice . helps to built mass and healthy bone structure . milk with banana again . Dinner . Rice and curry in weekdays ( include desserts sometime ) lets say alternative day . Rice and curry ( chicken , chicken breast , beef, ) weekends . WorkoutFitness Blenderbased on your body strength check out vidoes on youtube . to get started . for my self , i pick jogging , with hill training , followed by exercises and stretching and cooldowns . Lots of fast food, like McDonald's, pasta, eggs, foods with lots of sugar. Meat with lots of fat on it. Always drink soda, and lots of it.

Being forced to gain weight?

omigosh honey, I know how you feel. I went (and going) through almost the same thing. Except, my doctor says I have to gain weight, too. Instead of telling you my entire story, I'll just summarize. (btw I am also 15, going on to be 16 29 days from now)

1. I started a diet to lose a few pounds. It let to a whopping 30 pounds and I was aiming underweight by the end of my school year. Started at December/January.
2. My parents noticed my severe weight loss. But ignore it, and cheered me on.
3. by march to april I lost my period-permantly. I didn't care.
4. My mother notices my "slim" figure and starts to yell-she thinks I have anorexia. At that time, I didn't see it at all. I though she was crazy.
5. We go to the doctor-he tells me to eat 2000 calories to maintain my weight (I was currently eating 1000-1200. BELOW my bmr which is AT LEAST 1300 amount of calories-->If I was at bed rest all day.yikes!) I "agree" but ended up eating 1500 for the next thwo months.
6.I lose more weight. The doctor tell my to see professional help. I did.
7. summer begins. And I look as people say" too thin" and even "sick". I ignore because my bmi said 18.7-still in the "healthy" range. (little did I know it wasn't healthy FOR ME and my BODY STRUCTURE.)
8.go to the doctor again. I lose 4 more pounds. He tells me to gain an additional 5-10 pounds now. I hated that so much! Dunring that time, I see an ED specialist. I am humiliated. But realized I DO have ED.
9.Doctor calls one day-and says "if I DONT gain at least 3 pounds I have to go to a 'clinic' " that scared me and here came pancakes for lunch!
10. gained 1-2 pounds. them relapsed and lost 3 or so. I cried like a hurricane, but I had comfort.
11. Scale was hidden at home.
12. Went to the nutritionist. Weighed myself and gained back a 2-3 pounds. I was happy.
13. currently trying to mantin to gain 1-2 more pounds. ITS a very hard road to go by. But you doctor doesn't understand-96 pounds is UNHEALTHY for you. You mom doesn't want to you "fat". but healthy. The fact that she is feeding you junk-confront her. You can still eat smart and more. and stil gain weight. But its only up to you!
