Want To Reducing Weight With Simple And Pratical Way. I Am Working And Have Sitting Job

It's almost summer. i want to LOSE weight not gain it. how do i do that when i'm just sitting around?

Don't just sit around! The weather is nice, so go take advantage of it! Play ball with friends. Go for a run around the neighborhood. If it's really hot out, go swimming or run through the sprinklers. Check out summer specials in nearby gyms. Ride your bike around instead of driving. YOU are in control of whether you gain weight or not, so don't let yourself! Flip through the channels and when there is nothing on TV, go for a quick run. Maybe something will be on when you come back. And then do crunches and push-ups during commercial breaks. You can do it! :)

I understood your question, my answer is the same. When you are home for the summer, you are "sitting around" as opposed to going to school and going to basketball practice or whatever. Instead, you have no obligations. I get ya. And my advice is just to not let yourself sit around and eat, to get out and get some exercise! After you exercise, you will also probably find that you don't WANT to eat a bunch of junk. So it's a win-win. :)

How can i lose weight while working two jobs?

I am currently working two jobs. I work my day job 11am-4pm and my night job 10pm-6am. My problem is that i have no regular eating schedual because i sleep every chance i get, then when i am awake i stuff myself uncontrolably... Its the worst on third shift because i get bored(i work a a coinvenint store) and end up eating a ton of hot dogs, chips, candy bars ect.. i am 5'8 150 and i would like to be 125(which i was before i started working so much.

Can you lose weight by just eating right?

basically im 5'6 240 and i can't start the gym as of right now sit down at my job so not really moving but i recently started got into eating right, no 2nds light and good foods no pop sugars and fat to a all time minimal

just wondering if eating around 1600 calories will make me lose some weight
