I want to confirm my Paypal Address, but I don't have a credit card!?

So,there are two alternative options. One it to get the Paypal MasterCard (prepaid)
or to verify via mail. WHICH, I would do if I didn't have to FAX forms over to paypal. I don;t even have a fax machine and I haven't the slightest clue how to use one.

But,if I order a Paypal Mastercard, and have them mail it to my address, would this qualify as confirming my address? Or would I need to activate and/or USE the card in order for my address to be confirmed? :\

Any help would be appreciate, since paypal's customer service is tediously slow. XD

Can I use paypal even if i don't have a credit card or bank account?

im a teen (almost 17) and i won a 25$ paypal cash card from a site called lockerz......but the funny thing is i don't have a paypal account....i heard that in order to make one you need a credit card or a bank account....but i don't have either of those and I don't plan on getting either of those.......so could i just make an account just to use my paypal cash card and buy something of ebay with it? i also heard you have to be 18 yrs or older to use a paypal account.......could i just lie about my age?....i just want to use the cash card i won, nothing more

PS: please don't say "tell your parents to make an account" because my parents don't even know i won the cash card and if they found out then they would just take it away and wouldn't let me use it on the stuff i want to get (i plan to get an xbox 360 game with it or something) so asking my parents is out of the picture....also when i register with paypal and give them my number and address do they call you and mail you stuff? because i don't want my parents to find out about this, cus then they might get mad

How do you use a paypal account?

You can actually go to the website below for some information on how to use your PayPal account. You can use your PayPal account without a bank account or a credit/debit card. There is something called the Green Dot MoneyPak. It's the only prepaid debit card that is compatible with PayPal. You can add funds from one of those into your PayPal balance. You can pick one up at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVC, and other retail/convenient stores.

**Hope this helps!

Is there away to use paypal without an account.?

You should forget about buying things on Ebay then.

Any reputable Ebayer is going to want you to pay via PayPal.

I am going to guess it isn't that you don't want a PayPal account because of the reasons you state, but, because you aren't 18, and do not have a bank account or credit card to verify your identity with with PayPal.

If you are not 18, you cannot register an account with PayPal. They will ask you to add those other 2 things. If you don't, you can't use your account.

Can i use paypal on e-bay with out having a paypal account?

You have to HAVE a PayPal account to USE PayPal, but you don't absolutely have to have a PayPal account to buy on eBay.
The current rules on eBay require sellers to accept PayPal or another approved on-line payment service. Some sellers ONLY take PayPal, but others accept other forms of payment, too. Although they aren't supposed to mention it, sellers legally may also accept checks and money orders, but you'll have to email each seller you're interested in individually to see what they accept if their listings don't say 'PayPal only' - some don't understand that they still are permitted to accept checks, etc., they just can't advertise it.
'Routing numbers' are for bank accounts, not credit cards. If you need the routing/account number for your checking account, your bank should be able to help, even if you don't have your checks yet.
Good luck.

If i want to use paypal to but a product, let say ebay, how paypal charge you?

You don't have to add funds to your Paypal account....they will simply charge your credit card (or bank account) for whatever amount you buy. I always kept $0 in my Paypal account but the transfers were made directly from my checking account. I don't use it anymore though, since once you give some online account permission to access through Paypal, some of them do it without your consent. Be careful! You don't get your money back....and to contact a live person to help is nearly impossible.

PayPal’s User Agreement does not allow account holders under the age of 18. PayPal asks for a birth date when you register. While you can manage make a PayPal account with false information, discovery can result in the closing of the account and loss of the funds in it. Because minors can’t enter legal contracts and you were not allowed to have the account in the first place, you won’t have any recourse to get your money back if things go this way.If you’re not discovered, but you are not able to Verify the account with matching banking information, the account will be subject to the sending and receiving limits. When those limits are reached, your account is locked to further use until you Verify.Consider what your goals are in the long-term so that you don’t back yourself into a corner.

Can I put money in somebody else's paypal account if i don't have an account myself?

Other person's answer's right (for starters). Go to the website of your GF's bank first, of course. Check out the FAQ on how to transfer from your account (assuming it's from your bank). More often than not, you need to register, i.e., fill in pertinent details in a form you send them electronically -- the usual info such as phone numbers, your residence address, etc. However, some banks may require a personal appearance to be able to open a virtual account. So it depends on the banks concerned. It's still best to ask them directly.

I have always been under the impression that the only way that you can get money in you PayPal balance (which is what you’d need, a positive PayPal balance, since you don’t have a bank account or credit card) is to have somebody else send money to you.So maybe you could pay a friend with a PayPal account $3 CAD each month in cash and ask him or her to send the money to your PayPal account. You’d then have enough money in your PayPal balance to send $2.00 to the U.S. (Currently $2 USD = $2.57 CAD (Taux (USD/CAD) Dollar des États-Unis en Dollar du Canada ). Plus PayPal will charge you a small conversion fee, as you’d be going from Canadian to U.S. Dollars.I’m repeating my response to your comment, as it is ‘masked’ otherwise.
