Also I don't think it is in the soundtrack(the one with 10 tracks). I looked through all the songs(though I skipped through most parts of the songs, but still, none of the songs sounded like it.

The specific track you're looking for, is ACTUALLY called "Tony's Theme", and it's on track FIVE, not one; it was played during the initial credits montage sequence. The track entitled "Scarface (Push it to the Limit)" is the song played during the montage scene, where Tony is counting, laundering, and delivering money to the bank; where he gorges himself on financial and materialistic excess, and of course, his wedding. I have the soundtrack myself, as well as special collector's case, in black, containing the special anniversary DVD edition of "Scarface", and the original classic version of the film (with Paul Muni).
